Loved it. Hadn't visited an A&W in many years. The root beer float was fantastic and my friends had no complaints about the food. The service was quick and orderly. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's also handicap parking. So I'll just go ahead and give these guys my highest recommendation
Overall the place is what you expect - mediocre food that's been overpriced.But last night was the last time I ever decide to grab some late night cheese curds or a gut-wrenching hotdog..Drove 12 hours home last night. Pulled up to the drive thru, deadbeat exhausted, ordered a coney dog + cheese curds. Was informed they are out of chili, not running the frier, and had already cleaned the grill so I wasn't offered a hamburger either.I asked what they did have available, was told all they had was chicken tenders. Let's see - your frier has been off , and you've been cleaning it to leave early. I'm sure this chicken is 45 minutes old, crusty, and I'm basically being offered the burnt ends of something that's going to be donated or thrown away in about 15 minutes when you run out of the building like children on spring break.No thanks. ? not a winner. Try again. Somewhere else gets my money.
Tasted good, but it took a long time to get my order and I was the only one in the drive thru. They had me pull up to the waiting section so I wouldn't back up the line and I only ordered 2 sandwiches??
I like A&W. The root beer is, of course, classic, as is the foot long Coney dog. What they used to call the teen burger is now the bacon double and is better than ever. I liked their fish while they had it.
I got home and the biscuits I ordered were not in my bag.
We stopped by here for dinner take-out after shopping, and ordered their 2 for $12 bacon-cheeseburger meal combos. Got home to eat, and the bacon on my sandwich was RAW.... as in straight from the package RAW. Had to toss my hamburger.

Ordered 2 papa burgers charged for them got regular cheeseburgers. Called the store was told by Brenda she knew my husband ordered papa burgers she just didn't make them. Then he could drive back or she would keep my name in her office for combos next time. Does that mean free since we were overcharged for cardboard cheeseburgers. Not happy.
