Not sure what’s happened to Taco Bell lately, but I feel like the burritos are getting smaller and smaller. Was so happy when the Mexican Pizza came back, but then it’s almost like they weren’t trained on how to make them again and then they sold out nation wide…how does that even happen. The burritos are lil pinners now, not rolled right and tiny.
The worst fast food location. It's almost as if the cast from Good Burger is working behind the counter. Be prepared to wait 20 min for poorly prepared food. Today I waited the standard 20 minutes just for them to tell me they are cash only. How about putting a sign out to show consideration for people's time. Seriously avoid this location
How can it take so long to make this food? I'm sure corporate won't see it because their ticket times are low due to the fact I sat at the order box for 5 min. I'm assuming to keep their ticket time down. Food was fine but a total of 30 min in a drive thru is absolutely insane.
Ordered 2 Chalupa cravings boxes1: They didn't bother to give me the boxes I ordered .2: Missing chips but had the cheese for both boxes.3: The chalupa was a meatless, poorly stuffed pork rind you could break a car window with.Absolute garbage!!
Food is good. The door dash pick up needs work. I went to pick up a order from here and they didn't start it until i got there and I wasn't very happy about that. It slows me down and makes me look like it's my fault. When in fact it was taco bell that didn't do thier part on time. The food and presentation is perfect though.
Was pumped that the Mexican Pizza was back. Was bummed that it was pretty bad. They use the red sauce instead of the pizza sauce. It's just not the same. And I understand that the Mexican Pizza is really popular right now and in high demand but the 4 that I got were sloppily thrown together. They looked horrible.
Lobby is always closed , drive through is always 30 minute ordeal because the manager at the location doesn't know how to run a business. Almost worth it to just make the drive to Brighton or the outlets for food. I would definitely pass on this location
I don’t know why someplace that is so new is already so horrible at service and quality of food. The lettuce was horrible big lumps of white. The meat was already dried out. Nothing left fresh. Big disappointment especially when you spend almost as much as it is to go out somewhere sit down and eat
Been here twice now during the daytime, here again at 10am, sign on the door says “DRIVE THRU ONLY :(“ …then there are cones up at the drive thru. I see people inside, and called, no answer. This place needs new owners and management.
Garbage I ordered a box and 2 soft tacos they handed me a box that I couldnt close in my wrx can't afford a small bag really? I suggest the prairie center one as they are always great won't be back here. Food is cold a they short you on food bought the same box a few days ago way more meat in all my stuff this place needs to be shut down already
