UPDATE!!Down from 4 stars to 1.Pretty gross, the fountain machine is full of liquid about an inch from the top. Last time we came they locked everyone out except employees that were having a birthday party for a little girl, which is sweet but still not appropriate. Also very limited staff.

Lobby open until 10pm, drive thru supposedly open until midnight, but they refuse to take orders after 10,even though the sign on the drive up window says midnight. All lights were on and the employees refused to honor my online order.

lazy people want 15$ minimum wage now and expect you to do all the work for them as a paying customer, they ignore you then expect you to ring yourself up rather than greet you and take your order. if i came into your lobby to order greet me and take my order don't make me stand there for 15min then come over and say use the kiosk, with no hi how can I help you or any sort of customer acknowledgment! as the girl in the drive thru is playing on her phone!

Staff and manager were rude when I asked for the missing items from my order. Rather than provide them with an apology, she insisted that I had them, made me prove that I didn't, acted as if I was cheating them, when they shorted me.

Only open for drive thru for several weeks with no sign posted and no information updated on google or taco bell website. Does not cater to truck drivers or anyone who drives a vehicle over 9 ft in height.

Ran by tonight to grab some food, but found a hand written sign on the intercom stating they were closed due to short staff. #lame**UPDATE**The place looked open, 4mos later, so I came through in the afternoon for lunch.Only one car ahead of me, took 10mins to order and get to the window because the person working the window told every car at the intercom, "One moment please." Which ended up being 3-5 moments.Food check: soda was heavy on the syrup, low on carbonation, but the tacos were portioned well. Seems like this place just needs a management overhaul.

If your lobby is closed for dine in, it would be beneficial to have it open for Doordash orders when your backed up at the drive thru. When you try to call they have the phone off the hook.

Went by drive thru around 8:20 pm, there was a sign that said "restaurant closed, no workers." Went back around 9:10, there was a line. Two workers stayed and took all orders and managed to get everyone's order. If taco bell or management dont recoginze these two, then y'all on something else. Believe they said their names were Cassandra and Yaneta.Thank you for your hard work.

I was in the Drive-Thru was not acknowledged. Went to the front door was locked there was an associate sweeping she saw me. I signaled on my wrist what time she ignored me. Another person walked over looked at me I signaled again what time she ignored me. This is what's wrong with our country no respect thank you Taco Bell for your great employees let's raise minimum wage.

Finally decided to try one of the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich Tacos....what a joke. Its very small chicken tender in very small tortilla. This what I expect for $1...not $2.50. On top of that, couldn't even understand the drive through person.
