Doors are locked at 7:00pm... Lazy rude staff. Hours say 10am-10pm drive through was backed all the way to the street due to staff standing around. Surprised this location is even in business. I know it's taco bell and don't expect quality but this is bad. I've never seen fast food be so unorganized. Go to literally any other restaurant/fast food and you'll have better food and service. Order wasn't correct at all but I wasn't going to wait another 30 minutes to have it corrected. It's the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Don't go here.
I would give zero stars if I could. The line was out to the street (cars on street waiting in line, actually) and customers finally arrived to find a sign at the drive thru that stated the location was sold out of Mexican Pizza’s. That’s great and all but perhaps you should put the sign where customers can see this and can leave so they don’t have to sit in a line they can’t get out of out for over 30 minutes. The female that was taking orders seemed surprised at this suggestion when we explained we didn’t want anything but suggested moving the sign so people weren’t stuck in a line that went down the street. This was 30 minutes ago. We are still sitting in the drive thru trying to leave. That’s AFTER sitting in line a good 20 minutes prior to being able to see the sign that’s posted where it’s impossible to get out of the line. And of course there’s not enough room for 2 vehicles in the drive thru…This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in Brighton. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you want to waste an hour of your life. I am not one to degrade others but seriously, the intelligence of the staff working there today is not very high.
Probably the worse taco bell there is. Almost always closed, super understaffed, im assuming because of the poor management. They always get orders wrong, ive Probably had to circle back at least 3 times going there because they messed up my order. They dont ever have the inside open, so even when my order is wrong i gotta wait back in the drive thru line again. I can run this taco bell with zero management experience to say the very least.
Food is decent but here’s what to expect when coming to this location.1. you will wait at least 10-15 minutes before even ordering and another 10 minutes waiting for your food.2. don’t expect them to get your order right. 9/10 times your order will be wrong. Whether it’s they forgot something or adding something you didn’t want.3. Don’t believe their times posted on here. Saw that they were open around 9:30 PM 3 days out of the week but when I went today all of a sudden they close at 5???Not sure what’s wrong with this place but they need to get it together!
Like i asked for soft tacos and they still gave me hard shell and I asked for jalapenos on the nachos and only got a couple very little cheese and the chips are crumbs. Taco bell sucks and the manager is the worse I've ever experienced. Just close your doors for Pete's sake. the only good thing taco bell has is pepsi.I will never eat here ever again.
You nasty people this burrito had lots of hair in it see photo attached and had wax paper literally wrapped in the burrito and your dining room was closed so I had to walk through the drive-thru and the car behind me was texting and literally hit me I should have called the police from making me walk through the drive-thru and in turn got hit by a car
Tacos tasted like refrigerator. Threw them out, couldn't eat them. Also routinely forgets to make tacos supreme. I've started a habit of sticking my finger in one of the tacos to make sure it has sour cream in it before I leave.
I live down the street from this Taco Bell and every time I come here they're closed or something's wrong withIt.It's never reflected online either so it's a waste of time to come here. I foundI just drive to the one 10 minutes awaySo I don't waste any time
Not sure where the blame lays but I'm inclined to think its not the store managers fault, given everything thats going on it seems like they're probably just having a hard time getting staffed up and that snowballs into other issues. That being said its really really dumb that I can order on tacobell.com for Taco Bell, go to pick up the order, and the restaurant says they're closed. Seems like the website should know if the restaurant is open or not, I can kinda understand if it was a 3rd party app like doordash but thats not the case.
Love the food but either understaffed due to bad management or closing early due to bad management. I’ve heard from several former workers that they treat their employees terrible, I like the food mainly when they get it right but usually it’s not a big deal I just wish they weren’t closed when it’s supposed to be open but then again not the employees fault..
