I always order ahead through the app. The only thing I ask is extra caramel drizzle in my frap. Every single time I order from this location they never put in the extra caramel drizzle. Sad because this is the closest location to me that does order ahead.
By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The wait in the drive thru is obscene. So glad I don't live here anymore and I can go to a different one now. Thought this one might be better a year later. I was wrong. Go to ANY other Starbucks besides this one.
Very nice employees ?. It's close to our retirement community where we can go there in the morning ?
Small, slow, drinks are not always tasty. I'd rather go else where. Try it for yourself if you don't believe me. The bigger stores are better.
The girls that were working there were great, friendly , fast, and very helpful. Service was fast and they made our visit a great one. When you go to hire more ppl. For your company use these girls as your hire models! We drive the extra 15 minutes just for this location.
This shop in particular is often out of tons of items for drinks and they are inconsistent when making drinks. For example, most recently I bought a mango dragonfruit refresher that had so little of the mixer in it that it tasted mostly like water. Not what I expect when I paid $6
If your a Starbucks fan, this would be best in state.

We weren’t even able to order because the employee was so rude. I asked for an iced London fog and was talked down to and told “it will take a whole five minutes for that because the tea will have to steep so you’re gonna have to pull off to the side”. We told her “yeah that’s totally fine” and asked to add cold foam. She laughed at us for asking to add cold foam so we decided to just scratch the order. Her tone was super rude and condescending the entire time. On top of this, they were out of everything today, not the employees fault what so ever but still unfortunate. As a barista myself, I’m really disappointed in this experience.
Baristas are really nice and the line always moves pretty fast :)
