Twice, my family has ordered ahead from home through the app (large family order) before arriving to this location. Both times we arrived and shortly paid through the app and I received a text confirmation from my bank. We then waited 15 min+ only to find out the order didn't go through and we had to submit the order again. This charged my card twice. A nice employee suggested we called the phone number on the app to get a refund. We like ordering ahead to save everyone (including the restaurant staff) some time. Sonic does not help.
I thought cheese sticks were supposed to be hot and filled with soft cheese. Not hard sticks that feel cold, I can't even pull the sticks apart they are so rubbery.My husband's strawberry shake is just a vanilla shake with one little squirt of strawberry on top. It isn't even the color pink!! My son's burger was made wrong and to top it off the boy taking orders was rude and did not listen to anything we had to say. And put us on hold for 10 minutes in the middle of our order. The food quality was horrible, the service was a joke and I will never be back or recommend this location to anyone.

Terrible food. Twice in a row this Sonic has failed completely. The cheddar peppers were old, the tots were not cooked all the way, the burger had sat on the burner too long, and the hot dog bun smelled and looked stale. This location needs to train its cooks on proper handling of meat.
I walked through the snow (literally)to go to sonic. We were visiting from out of town and we don't have a sonic where I live. My son has always been a big fan of sonic so when we travel and there is one in the area, we go to it. Very disappointed in the way sonic has changed over the years. I asked for a large fries and this is what I got. Very unfortunate where Sonic is headed in the future with service like this.

This establishment treats their employees horribly. The General Manager came into the store unmasked on multiple occasions known to have a positive covid test within the previous 2 weeks.
Luv this place, I luv the Ice Tea unsweetened. The rt 44 nothing better. There toaster breakfast is also o e of my favorite.
They are surprisingly fast with friendly service. The food was good and I enjoyed my drink
