This place seriously needs a better drive thru. Everyone blocks entrances and you can’t even tell if they are in line or just parked..
We order carnitas to go and end up getting The worst Ground beef soft tacos instead, decided to give it try because I wasn’t able to go back but I regret it now! Get it together Santiagos
I would recommend this location, the food is good and the staff is super friendly. I gave 3 stars because sometimes they put way too much green chile in the breakfast burritos leaving a pool at the end of the burritos and burning your lips when you bite into it, I love as spicy as it can get but they should portion it a little better, also today im pretty sure there was no meat in my burritos.
Soooo tasty and their green chili is perfect. Highly recommend.

one of those places that has admitted that the vaccine doesn't do anything and still requires masks. easy 2 stars for horrible service its an inconvenience and I feel as though I should be able to charge for the inconvenience.
Not understanding why their hours clearly states that the drive thru opens at 0530, but yet I was there after 0530 and they were not Nswering the drive thru speaker. So now not only did I leave earlier just to make sure I got here at opening time, but now I don't even want give my money to this business. Something as simple as putting the correct hours online or heak opening on time would be great.

I haven't been to Santiagos in a very long time but today it's very disappointing. I ordered 3 breakfast burritos on their daily special which happens to be Bacon today.There is absolutely NO Bacon and no cheese in these burrito. They are disgusting, no flavor even a little salt would make a difference.Sad I wasted my money and appetite.
Breakfast burritos are amazing. Everything else is so-so. Sometimes hard to access this location due to parking and drive through lines.
