Food was good, service friendly but remarkably slow. Even still, I'll go again for the tasty Latino food
Tried their burrito bowl today, didn't take a pic but was pretty good., Maybe could use a tad more food but was sufficient, first time trying the bowl which I ordered chicken and rice. Usually I'll have the breakfast burritos but cutting back recently, also their deluxe or supreme burritos. My favorite would be carnitas with light beans and if you mind the extra calories and want to really indulge add chicharron to that same carnitas burrito.
Good food and good green chile. Everything on the menu is very good especially the stuffed sopapilla. However don't go if you're in a hurry because it takes a while to get your food.
We love Santiago's breakfast burritos and go often when we are in the area. Such exceptional flavor and friendliness.
Always good customer service and the food is consistently good! Make sure to tip, they are working hard to get all these orders out fast!
Wasn't even able to get food before being so frustrated that we just left. They have a nice outdoor ordering and pickup window so we stood in line there for about 15 minutes. After watching 2 of the 3 orders in front of us be wrong (yes in 15 minutes the only serviced 3 people, 2 of which were already waiting when we got there) it was finally our turn to order. We ordered and handed our credit card and were told the machine wasn't working. We had zero cash and were told the machines inside could handle the credit card. No worries so we walk inside to a huge line. I was expecting the lady to call us over to a kiosk so we didn't have to wait again but no. We're were expected to wait another 15-20 minutes again. We were not going to do that and a single printed sign that said cash only would have solved the issue, or even a tiny bit of customer service to make sure we were handled inside quickly, but nothing.I'll try again at a later date but for now it was just a waste of time and frustrating. Slow, disorganized, failing to communicate their own limitations, and no customer service.
One of the best places to seat down enjoy a meal with quality service and atmosphere. Not only that but some of the best green chili I’ve ever. Hands down best salsa I’ve ever had. Thank you very much.
Recently moved into town and have been trying all of the Mexican restaurants in town. Sadly, none of them have been good until we came here. I had the taquitos and hubby had soft tacos. Both were very tasty. The server (I don't remember her name) was extremely welcoming and let us try their "famous" green chili. Every thing was good. Will for sure be coming back again and again.
Always loved this place, but needs an upgrade, update, and has horrible seats!Some of the waitresses are awesome at what they do, but there are a couple that are slow, annoying and need retraining. The food is good, but not always done to standards. I will always eat here, but don't like the small environment, just my style, due to my tall stature.UPDATE 09 23 2021This place has improved so much better God-bless the staff you deserve 6 stars...But getting Expensive...3 bucks for soda...WOW!UPDATE 10 16 2021 @230PM CIHALY my waitress was amazing!!! We have been going there one time per week after shopping in Brighton. We have the same thing every time and paying 20.42 we where there yesterday and the waitress got the order wrong and made it by bringing the other stuff on more plates. The end result was.. note the same as we get every time was 27.52 we tried talking to them about it and they said there prices when up yesterday !!! And that's what it is !!!! And also there prices are 38% HIGHER You might want to eat somewhere else !!! We are !!!!
