Today's experience was bad. I ordered never ending fries with my burger. The only fries I got came with the berger. My brother orders came incomplete. He asked for broccoli with cheese on it. No cheese at all. This is the worst experience I have had at this restaurant not a single staff member checked on us. To offer more tea to additional fries. The chances of me return is slim.
The food was good, service was good but there were no deals to make combos and the place is rather pricey... just short of $30.00 for a soda, pretzel bites and a blue cheese burger with bacon for lunch. And of course bottomless fries which my bites ensured I didn't have room for a second order of. However I arrived early and was so hungry I needed something to tie me over until my friend arrived. This is the first time I have been to the restaurant since moving to Colorado. It's rather pricey for a burger place.The burger was to big to finish but did warm up well as leftovers. I would have loved a little burger option.This said we chose it because my friend has gluten allergies and she's able to eat her.
Usually this location is alright, staff is not always on top of things, but its clean and the servers are friendly. But our last experience was awful. I don't know if everyone but a handful were new, hut the service was slow, had to ask repeatedly for refill of water. My Black n Blue burger was swimming in dressing and the fries were barely warm. The only person that seemed to have a clue was the person who brought us our food. Tables around us were not bussed in the hour that we sat there and I think k the A.C. was broken. There was no air circulation much less cool air in the building. This trip was enough that I won't go back.....for a long while!
Our burgers weren't cooked correctly - asked for med rare, got very well done, tasted charred. Manager wasn't made aware, so it didn't get resolved. My dad's sweet potato fries looked an hour old, and tough. My tea didn't taste right - like they weren't cleaning the basin often enough. Waiter told us to have a nice day over his shoulder - bc he didn't remember his social skills until he'd already started walking away.
Foods was fine. We beat the dinner rush in there and it was clear that the lack of staff showed. It took forever to get the food out plus have little children didn't help. We ask for fries that showed up with the meal. Asked for another round of fries for everyone at table but only got a small basket after my meal was done. Plus the add fee to off set minimum wage was added and the 1% property improvement fee (someone in Greenwood Village getting).We did go back and had a lot better Experience. We had a waiter name Gerard, who worked very hard. He treated us like his only table, but had at least four to five tables. He got at least two baskets of fries out before the meal (kept the kids happy). Good work Mr Jerard! Hope they hire more people like you there or you should be the trainer there! Thank you for a great time! I would give you a rating of five stars!
We preordered since we were passing through to another destination. We ended up 30 min earlier than our initial guess but once we got there it seems they rushed our order instead of making us wait until our original time like we were willing. Great food as always!
I remember why I don’t come to Red Robin…so disappointing. My order came to the table with things missing, I asked for the correction and by the time it was brought to the table my burger was cold - not that having it hot would have made it taste any better. For a place so big on burgers, they’re only a step above what McDonalds serves. I’d recommend not paying the extra for bacon either, totally not worth it for the quality you receive. Definitely won’t be visiting a Red Robin ever again, especially when there’s a Freddy’s in the same shopping center. I hate feeling dissatisfied with a meal.
Food took a little long to come, but not too bad for 7pm on a Saturday night. Perfect place to go for a casual dinner, and the server was awesome!! Bottomless fries, burgers and good drinks. Doesn't get much better than that.
Tonight Joseph was my server and he was outstanding! He always made sure I had anything I needed and always checked on me and my girl when he would walked by. I will definitely be back to sit in his area for sure!!
Erin who worked on tonight. She is very energetic, however she is very talkative. I believe she could be wonderful at her job, if she was retrained. She had alot of "I don't Know" answers to questions that were asked. If she could figure out when enough is enough, get the order in and move to the next customer. She would be fantastic! A little work on the hygiene would be great also. Js.
