Haven’t even received our food yet, but thank you Qdoba for being open until 10 p.m. and we appreciate you all!! Not enough thanks goes out to the people in restaurants for working as hard as they do when times are so tough in the industry. So thank you ahead of time for showing up, kickin butt, and slinging your delicious Mexican Eats! ❤️

The food is always good but the condiment and dine in areas are always a mess. Tables not cleaned and trash all over. Really wish they took a little more pride in their restaurant.

Food & staff was good, no complaints. Prices were different then online. They charged about $5 more then what they listed on their online menu. Condiments used to be free, now it costs. I understand the price hikes but at least display it on your website so I don't think a $15 burrito is a $10 burrito

I used to love coming to this place, I used to come to Qdoba once a week at least. However I wont be coming anymore. To many bad things have happened in the past few months and tonight just topped it. When they first came out with breakfast I ordered a burrito, it was cold. Like not even sitting out room temp cold, like refrigerator cold. Every time I have done an order through the app they have taken a lot longer to prepare. Now today just topped the whole thing. I just ordered a burrito bowl and chips and queso with a bottle of water to be picked up through the app. Got home, no bottle of water. Opened my burrito bowl, looked good. Took 2 bites and the white rice is RAW. It is like they only cooked it for 2 minutes because they ran out. It was still hard. The food was sour and rice was hard. I actually had to throw away the whole burrito bowl. I am now afraid to try the queso and chips I ordered because who knows if they made that properly. It is always a bunch of kids running the place, I never see an adult around. They are always understaffed and overwhelmed with online orders and people ordering in. This was a huge waste of 15 dollars. I have sent emails to them but I doubt I will get a reply since I didn't the last time I sent an email. Sad day to say I will never eat here again. Good thing Chipotle opened up in Brighton.

Normally I'm not terribly picky about issues with food / orders etc. This last visit however... I'm not sure how to begin. This unfortunately isn't the first time we've had questionable quality from this location either, which makes this recent one more unfortunate. First of all, I'm questioning the logic of mac and cheese for a kids meal using queso rather than real cheese. We ordered a chicken burrito and asked for sour cream, cheese, brown rice and black beans. It was missing the sour cream and the brown rice was tough and very undercooked. The pulled pork burrito we ordered wasn't even pulled pork and was likely chicken. The white rice on it was crunchy and it appeared to have pico de gallo on it rather than simply tomatoes. The other two menu items we ordered not surprisingly had very undercooked rice as well. Our mac and cheese kids meal I mentioned earlier was missing its side of chips, and the other 3 sides of chips we ordered were all in one big bag which defeats the purpose of individual portions. To say the least this visit was not worth the money, much less the 30 minute drive round trip. Very disappointing and makes me wonder if quality control is even a thing anymore.

The nice cook samantha always has the best service ever! not to mention her wrapping skills are A1! keep up the great work!

Sadly, this place has gone downhill. Qdoba could surely give the young kid they’ve placed as night manager some training on quality assurance, customer care, and communication. Constantly out of food and just standing around while customers walk out the door.

Y’all needa get your employees some dang help in the evening. Poor girls have a million mobile orders pop up and a line of 10 people. Send in a manager to help or something idk. Or even better, turn off mobile ordering during busy hours.

Great Mexican meal delivered hot and fresh. Has a meeting with 30 people and ordered lunch for all of us. The meal was great, even with all of that food. Definitely recommended.

Slightly sub par. The place was slow and the quality wasnt great. The iced tea was out and the whole drink counter looked thrashed. There was a clean table in the place and we were the only people there. I would pass this one up and try another location.
