So I'm not even bothered by the fact that our order was wrong twice, after getting the order fixed and it was not what we asked for I could care less after spending the day in 100 degree weather we were just starved. But what I am concerned about it when we went in to fix the order a young man called for Mayra and said another order was messed up (before he even talked to us he knew) and she shouts I don't care fix it! They went back and forth a couple times as to who should fix it before he just asked what we needed and gave us more food. You can see her holding an infant in the kitchen and also another small child was there. I'm not sure how long they had been there visiting or if they came to work w her but either way not sure a fry kitchen is the safest place for children or is it a common standard. Again at this point don't even care about the food I got to eat, but between Mayras behavior and these young children felt the need to say something.
Apparently popeye's employees need to go back to school because they can't count up to 5 they can only count up to 4. I ordered the 5 piece special that's on television and I only got 4 pieces And apparently the thigh is no bigger than their small cup
Me & my husband just left there they took 30 minutes to give him 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. They had us wait on the side then my husband finally went in and saw that they had chicken out but they said they were waiting for the chicken to cook? This is just ridiculous they should just have been honest with us about not having fresh chicken done and let us know
Spent just over $14 for a 3 pc meal and a reg side Mac and cheese… my wife’s mac and cheese had a total of 7 bites she counted because the container literally was a 1/4 full and my the chicken for my meal was so small they placed it in a chicken tender box and fries were half full. I will never come to this location ever again. My wife already hated their food so she just feels like today’s visit seals the deal on why no one should ever eat fast food EVER! They do not even deserve one star but you can’t give 0!
This is by far the most incompetent Popeyes I have ever been to. Also my wife says that their bathrooms are gross. But I do got to say that there's perks to this place. I've came in right before closing and they didn't have anything I wanted but they gave me a ton of stuff that I didn't want for cheap so that was cool I guess.
How do you forget our order when we're in drive thru??? Told us to park and wait. 10 minutes later, I had to go in and get it. "Oh the 5 piece?" Was all I got when I asked where my food was... Its called FAST FOOD guys..
The Manager does not know the first thing about customer service. In the drive they. No one behind me or in line at the time. Order was not complete asked person at the window to add something to order and willing to wait. Manager must of been cooking he tells the window attendant no, they have to drive around. Seriously rude and lazy. Hope the food is decent. Not even wanting it at this point! Get better customer service.
Sat after paying for food for 25min while at least six other cars got their food and drove away 2 chicken sandwich Combos was all that was ordered. Then to add insult were given food with the person who had just ordered! Not a good look from those currently employed!
Despite having a close time of 10pm the restaurants drive through was shut down when I arrived at 9pm. So I went inside to order and the TV screens that had the menu displayed were also shut down and I was unable to see a menu anyway. The cashier asked me what I wanted but with no available menu I was incapable of even knowing what they had and the cashier was incredibly unhelpful. I ended up getting a chicken tender combo meal because it was all they had, then i was unable to get any sides but cold fries or macaroni. Then the cashier didn't give me the drink that came with the combo meal and I had to ask him for it.While I truly do enjoy popeyes food I can't really remember a time where popeyes had good, reliable customer service. This is just another disappointing trip to popeyes. I need to find a better fried chicken joint and will be avoiding popeyes for the foreseeable future
I went in to Popeyes today 4-18-22. @ 3:30 pm order a 4 pieces dark meat combo. The chicken was on the verge of being dried meat. Either it was sitting to long under the heat lamps or cooked to long . Also had a funky taste to the breadingSorry I have Managed Popeyes before in Aurora and Denver . The Food At this one was well below Par. Especially when they weren't even busy at all being Easter
