horrible management and worn out emplayees
Horrible wait times. Called several times kept getting routed to a call center because no one answered the phone after 4 rings. After about 4 calls to the store someone finally answered. They said "thank you for calling pizza hut can I put you on hold" then just placed me on hold. Didn't even have a chance to speak. Then I was on hold for another 5mins wasting my time on this location. So don't waste your time on this location either.
Horrible service the manager or whoever is in the front does not know how to do their job my pizza was extra crispy from the crust I ordered two lunch specials instead I got charged $37 for two largest and $120 Oz drink the communication is horrible the place is dirty they forget to give you plates and napkins I suggest no one ever come here... People say they need jobs but it seems like they just feed off the owner and don't do their job when there's tons of people out there that need work
I am surprised how taking away the crust flavoring, like Hut Favorite, make a Pizza Hut pizza kind of bland. I will no longer order pizzas from Pizza Hut. Not sure why someone changed it? Bring it back and I will come back. Until then...Papa Johns or Blackjack.
I ordered a large stuff crust and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza or in the crust. Definitely did NOT look like the pizza that is advertised.
The store was pretty dirty when we walked in. Nobody greeted us. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and an order of breadsticks. We walked outside for 20 minutes while waiting for our order to be cooked. I came in to pick up the order, and the cashier asked the one of the employees where the breadsticks were for the order. Nobody responded. She turned to me and said, "they forgot to put the breadsticks in, so it will be another 10 minutes. Sorry about the wait." There was almost zero communication from any of the team members amongst each other. It was almost tense and awkward. It didn't appear that there was any sort of shift lead or manager present. Overall, I think if they could work on their customer service skills and maybe team building skills, it could be an amazing environment for everyone!
The food was delicious and I had points that I used so a lot of it was free. The kids loved the Cinnabons.
On the special requests I asked for the half cheese and when it arrived it still had toppings on the while pizza.... did enjoy the new dough/ crust though
Great customer service. I recommend calling them or ordering in person. I ordered online in Brighton Colorado and it sent my order to the store in Douglas Wyoming. Both stores were very understanding and one transaction was made and the other one cancelled. Food was fast hot and delicious ?
Make a better pizza the pizza i got the other day looked like they had a chimp cut it some big slices and small ones made poorly when im paying top dollar for pizza im gonna spend my money somewhere else
