The food at this location is always excellent. The staff is friendly, but occasionally the online orders are lost. Not sure if this is from people walking out with food they didn't purchase, or staff forgetting to make the order. Either way, if the order is missing they will make it while you wait.
We have never had such bad pizza from papa Murphy ever.We order 2 large NY thin Last Saturday night.Hardly no cheese., one was suppose to be pepperoni and groud sausage, I told the young man that it was wrong, and this snotty little girl came over and said...Already paid for thats what you ordered, bye.I was a little upset and didn't want to cause a scene,I left cooked per directions, and one of them were so stuck to tray it went into trash.I will not be back.

They get a 1 after the disrespectful waitress or whatever you call her. I asked for an extra dressing and she had the nerve to tell the whole restaurant "I can't give extra dressing I just told her that." The attitude and mouth I will never come back. I ordered a salad to feed 5 people and just asked for an extra Italian like I always do and she proceeded to say "I just told her we're short on dressing." Okay I work in the food industry and we never act like this. Totally uncalled for and you just provide especially when people pay a lot for food. I spent a lot on food and then asked for a refund on my salad and never got it. Staff is trash and so is the owner. I'm guessing this is a franchise since there was no automatic refund or a refund at all. I never even asked for a refund for my meal just the salad.

I’m usually understanding, and patient. However, when I place an order at 3:55, so the pick up time is 4:30, and I show up at 5:05. Yet, my order hasn’t even been made, and I ask if it was received. Don’t lie, and say it was just now received when I have a email confirmation . Be honest, and say you’re backed up. I had all my kids under 4 with me so there’s a reason I showed up 30 minutes after the pick up time.
The pizzas were decent, the staff were busy, not very friendly and the prices seem to have increased.
Tuesday and Friday pizza night best deals $5 and $10.
Was fair... decent priced and enjoyable
Has gone downhill in the last few years. That said, best take home variety your going to find.
