I really want to enjoy my time when I go to this Panda Express but each time my husband I go we have had issues with the service. The dine in wait times are super long, the employees seem under a lot of pressure and the manager seems frustrated at everything. I hope this service improves and brings in more people!Also this is not a complaint but more of an FYI, the prices on the menu are not accurate; it says a bowl is $7.30 but it’s actually $7.95.
Some super genius decided to close the lobby and go drive thru only. Expect a long wait and for them to screw your order up.Forgot multiple sides but they still charged me for them. Portions continue to get smaller and smaller with every visit, not enough food for the price you are paying. Thinking im done coming here.
I thought I would give this location a second chance after the disappointment last time I ate here but that was a mistake. I went through the drive through and they gave me white rice when I ordered fried rice and they gave me mushroom chicken when I ordered orange chicken. The only thing they got right was the beef and broccoli which was 90% broccoli. Won’t be coming back.
As an ex employe of Panda Express I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and honesty with the customers. I understand things can happen and you are not able to deliver the best service. But as a customer and an ex employe i think its important to keep a good relationship with the customer. I keep coming back to my old store by the 85 highway and i have not had a good experience there in any of my visits. My food is always old and dry. I got mixed vegies and they where scraped off the pan and coverd by the Chow main I would of not minded waiting if they would of said something. Overall i am very disappointed in the new management ?
The staff is so lazy the close the lobby 20 minutes before actual posted closing time. If they don't want to work, then the owner should just fire them. But a good way to lose business I guess if that's what the end goal is for the owners.
Went to this location from platteville to have staff be rude and give me the wrong food. Be nice to what little staff shows up but same respect should be given to the costumers trying to keep you in business. Not the first time this location has done this
Left me outside for 38 minutes waiting for order while they cleared 2 lines. I watched customers knock on glass cause order was wrong and they ignored them.I understand the short staffing but when it is that bad you have to speak up or management never knows what can ne worked on.
Best update your hours on Google and don't be rude when you answer the phone. Hours posted on Google have 8:30 as the closing time. Hours posted on the door show they close at 8:00. We showed up at 7:48 and the doors were locked. Tried to call and they first hung up on me. The second time I called they answered "Sorry, we are closed, thank you, bye." I don't think it's too much to expect a business to keep their information updated and honor their actual closing time.
Let me start this review off by stating I truly do enjoy Panda Express and since we don't have one in the area where I live I look for opportunities when traveling to eat there.So let's start with their posted hours .....Hours State they close at 8 on Sunday we arrived at 7:48 doors were locked when we attempted to call somebody answered the phone and said sorry we're closed and hung up on us rudely.Unprofessional rude & disrespectful. If I was the owner or the management of this facility I would fire the staff and start from scratch. As a business owner this is disgusting. I don't recall ever leaving a one-star or such a horrible review but I could not and cannot emphasize this enough.
If I could give negative stars I would. Came in at 7 pm on a Friday and they had hardly any menu items. They didn’t even have any kind of rice, the easiest food to make. So i was forced to get chowmein or vegetables you could call it. Just drive 5 minutes to the prarie center panda express, way better.
