We got there 45 mins before they closed and they said they didn’t have any of the entrees available I could see maybe 20 mins but come on 45 it’s always something with this Panda Express
Placed an order with them through ez cater 2 weeks prior to our event. Received a confirmation and called day of and was told by ez cater that all was a go. Thirty minutes after panda Express was to deliver, we called ez cater and was told Panda Express couldn't meet the order and they cancelled our order. This was a celebration of life and these two companies made a hard day worse.
Takes forever to order . Staff is rude obviously under horrible management due to the condition of the store and the rudness from staff . Who takes drive thru orders one at a time ? Absolute trash
This is by far the worst Panda Express I ever visit. Every time I try to give it another shot, even after literally the 5th shot, I won’t visit here again. I would rather drive across town to the other location in Brighton than this one. Even during the busy times the food is barely warm or anytime we go during dinner they never have any items available as if they can’t make more before they close, “2 hours later”. I just ordered the honey sesame chicken and it appears it was made with orange chicken sauce. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money at this location.
I hadn't eaten at a panda express in years. Everything was fresh, vegetables were crispy. It was delicious
Every time I come to this Panda Express I always leave disappointed. They always give you really small proportions. I love Panda, and every other location I go to they fill up your plates but not this location!
We arrived over an hour before closing and they were out of almost every item on their menu. Not a single person in our party of 6 was able to order what we went there to get. The line was huge, and they refused to cook anything else. We had 3 young kids with us and the only food they had was spicy items. I was greatly disappointed.
Continually disappointed. They never have any food made except for orange chicken. (No matter the day/time of day. I have tried several times and it is always the same story). In my most recent experience, I was getting dinner on the way home. I ordered the plate option via drive through. When I got home, I opened the box and there was one scoop of rice. I had also paid extra for the meal because one of the entrees choices was 'premium.' I will never go back.
2 orders of beef broccoli, there were very few beef and they are very small it was all broccoli and the rice are burnt I can even smell it. Terrible service!
Attempted to order food in the drive through tonight. Pulled up to order after the car in front of me was finished. The gentleman on the other end stated he would be with me in 1 minute. After several minutes had gone by, he returns and says, "would you please pull around to the front for me?" I questioned him, "the front???" As I still had not placed my order. "Um yes, the front". So I pulled around to the front. Thought maybe they were having issues and needed to come manually take an order from me. I waited 10 minutes and attempted to go inside, but the doors were locked (maybe indoor ordering is not available at this location) But as I saw other cars come through the drive thru I decided to just leave.
