Wonderful people serving you which makes your experience total enjoyable
Good beers beautiful ladies server's are awesome my favorite beer is called sad Panda.....
Had a wonderful dinner with my niece. I tried the Detroit style pizza which was very good, and a side salad.
This branch is a hit or miss depending on who is working. However, the food is typically good. On this particular evening, my husband and I ordered 2 appetizers and a medium pizza. Our waitress didn't bring up any silverware, napkins, or actual plates until I had to ask for them after the appetizers were delivered to our table. When she brought the plates over she only thought of bringing small plates for our considerably sized pizza. Then I had to ask for the proper sized plate for the main course. When the pizza was brought out she also forgot to give us a spatula to pick up the hot pizza where we had to wait for because its Friday night and there were a lot of people dining. Now, I understand this is a first job for a lot of young individuals. However, the lack of common sense to have to have the customer ask for basic necessities to eat is scary and astonishing. Nevertheless, our waitress was pleasant. I just wished people would use their brain instead of doing the bare minimum, which has to deal with basics...which was barely achieved. After a stressful week of work, we wanted to enjoy our dinner but received mediocre service at best. I think the staff need to be trained better to understand what basics need to be on the table. Customers shouldn't have to ask for this stuff. My husband and I will probably avoid Old Chicago for dinner options.
Waited 30 minutes to be seated while several tables sat full of dirty dishes and 5 employees hung out up front socializing with one another. After being seated waited anther 20 minutes to place our order. When our food came 70 minutes later it all came at once, appetizers salads and dinner all at once. Where never offered refills on our drinks. I wonder if the owner has any clue how much revenue they are loosing for the guests that do visit and the additional revenue lost on the ones that will not come back.
This noteworthy chain offers a neighborhood pub feel that is perfect for meeting up with friends to celebrate a great round of golf, a successful hunt, or anything else that makes you hungry and thirsty. We had the deep dish for the first time, and while far from authentic Chicago pizza, it does deserve an honorable mention. The salad is fresh and the beer is cold. What else could you ask for in the middle of the Colorado prairie?
Ordered two individual size pepperoni & sausage pizzas to go and when we got home we realized they were overcooked. The sausage was burnt and black. My wife and I were surprised the cook would have even sent it out like this. We took them back the next day and the manger was dumbfounded what he should do. Finally offered to refund the money, but didn’t even have the courtesy to say sorry for running your dinner plans. If you have eaten there lately you have probably experienced long delays getting your food and the food is satisfactory at best.Old Chicago2155 Prairie Center ParkwayBrighton, Colorado, 80601
When we picked up our food and brought it home our food was cold. We requested cream cheese in our pizza rolls not only it wasn’t included but they were burnt. No tartar sauce for the fish and my granddaughter got food poisoning from the Buffalo wings which we called on Monday and was told we get fresh chicken everyday. SorryManager Eric was going to give me a full refund and guess what. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DONEI’m now going to corporate
So we have tried their gluten free pizza 2 times now and it's not gluten free. My son is gluten free and it's given him all the symptoms both times. Please don't trust it. It's not prepared separately.Well after speaking to their people I have determined they don't care the false advertise. My son got extremely sick after eating their califlower pizza that they claim is gluten free. The server also knew he was gluten free
