Went for food for my children and i. 2 meals were quarter pounders. They were served raw and pu j as can be. First shift lead, a guy, disregarded my issue like it was normal and only offered to remake food without acknowledging it to the cooks, the girl manager who came in at the last minute refunded my money as requested but didn’t acknowledge the problem either. Unable to get the general managers information due to workers complaining that i didn’t want the food. My 6 year old consumed some of the pink burger while i was trying to check it. Told them eating raw food is a health issue and they acted as if nothing even happened. If a general manager or franchise owner sees this, please contact me.
I've been to this location several times. It seems like they always have some sort of issue. They have forgotten items out of my order, they have forgotten to bring my order to the car after waiting in drive-thru, and today they forgot about me all together when I was dining in. I had to go up and show them I was sitting here for 20+ minutes waiting for my food. Upon finaly getting my order it was still wrong. Despite the lady taking my receipt. The staff was pleasant Despite ignoring me while standing at the pick up counter for several minutes. I'd beg McDonald's corporate to audit this store more often or more at random. I think it may just be case of bad management here at this location.
Such a sweet girl at the register! Helpful and brought our meal to us while we were still sitting. Which also shows how quickly the food was ready. Hit and delicious. Very clean bathroom and dining as well.They were out of mild sauce and the espresso machine was down. But that is more manager/corporate and not at all shocking. ? It's not easy being perfect!
The fries ? ? which I special ordered to ensure they were fresh and hot were cold and stale as can be! The chicken sandwich ? I ordered was also stale and cold! So out of the dozens of McDonalds I've been to across the country in about 28 states as well as Canada this is the one of 2 that have been sad ? disappointments! Gotta do better folks. Sorry I couldn't leave a better review!
I’m at this McDonald’s nearly every other day! Some of the employees have excellent customer service and the other don’t. That’s expected at a fast food joint! If my order is messed up they are more than willing to make it right. There’s one employee that made me want to write this review. Her name is Shayla? I don’t know how to spell it lmao. All I got was a drink and she brought to the first window so I didn’t have to wait! I have never had anything bad to say about this place (:
Nice clean facilities. Very busy as it was a Saturday night. I waited at the counter several minutes before I was noticed. I ordered a medium shake with I assume was the manager. Well when he made it and put whipped cream on top he noticed there was a hair on the cover. He tossed it and made another on the house. Now that's customer service, these days that's hard to find. I would recommend this McDonald's without hesitation
It's a toss up. If you get service quick. Or your waiting. Trying to be nice before. But is about the same. And both in Brighton are the same speed.
I have been to this McDonald’s twice now, and the night time manager Kenny has been an absolutely delight both times, he always makes sure Our food is fresh and give great customer service! We also usually go late at night when it’s hard to find good service at that time, Kenny never disappoints. Kenny deserves at the very least acknowledgement about his hard work!
First, Betty White died, and now this? Day. Ruined.We ordered four cheeseburgers, three without onion and they put onions on two... Not what was ordered. Also made me repay for a mobile order that was already ordered &submitted, claiming no payment went thru, when it had. The staff was accusatory and not very polite at all?? ?? two thumbs down :/
Clowns sign says they open at 7 wouldn't open the door till 8. Ordered on the kiosks because they would take my order at the counter. Then I had wait 15 minutes for one meal. Don't bother what a joke of restaurant.
