Was excited to learn that a local family owned this establishment but service was OK at best. We ordered an omelette with a chicken and waffle, and it took 35 minutes for it to get to the table. When it showed up it was in to go boxes which we were planning on eating at the restaurant, so I’m not sure why it didn’t come on a plate. The food was soggy, lukewarm and served to us in a king soopers bag. This is the LAST time I ever frequent a ihop please take your money to a local restaurant instead.

Their customer service was very polite and courteous. Attentive to say the least. The edibles were tasty & left my pallet wanting more ?. Overall sum of my visit. Very good a 10 out of 10 forsure.

I almost did not go in as the front entry doors were so dirty I was afraid what else has been ignored. Against my best judgement I did and was extremely disappointed. The guy that appeared to be in charge was yelling from the kitchen to the young waitress non stop while I was there about who can make the best sandwich, and a series of related conversations at high volume. The coffee was cold by the time I got sugar and a soup spoon to stir with. There was only one other older man in the place and still the service was less than good. Food was just ok, nothing above average.

Food was ok. Server was really good.Had a basic breakfast. Two eggs, sausage links which were the best part, and English muffin that was barely toasted.

Food was glorious. Service was all pro. My only disappointment was they don't have the syrup racks anymore with the strawberry and blueberry options. Sad panda.

My wife's pancakes came out burnt and fell apart, like I was able to hear a crunch as she cut it with the butter knife. The hostess was rude. Had asked her for a booster chair for my 3yr old and she never brought it throughout our time there. Had ordered the ham and egg breakfast, someone in the back decided to cut my slice of ham into pieces. Never ever have I gotten a slice of ham cut! It's always been a whole one piece of ham. My kids didn't even enjoy the food. When they hungry, they eat till they're full. This time they only ate half and pushed their plates away. Only been to this location twice, after this, no more.

I ordered to go. They did not put utensils. When I went in to tell them. They stated she have to ask for utensils. My toast had no butter. My hash browns were crispy. I will not be going back for a while.

Horrible service they ran out of everything then they had the audacity to tell me they ran to king soopers to get more and charge there regular prices food was tasteless brought my toast cold and burned and they think it’s ok I would not recommend this place until they get there act together who ever is running this store needs to teach there cooks how to season there food.

Typical IHOP. It's all good. I had to wait it seems like forever but that's my only complaint otherwise the food quality was top notch

Disappointed with pandemic changes. Single pack syrup, one choice, no condiment bottles, masks worn to tables, which is completing useless by all logic. Also bought the spiciest think on the menu (not known for spicy i know) had no flavor of spices. Pancakes still good but of course getting smaller and smaller plates.
