Horrible customer service. Roberto was very rude when I told him my card chip did not work if he could please input my card info. He said you don't work here you don't know how it works.
They like to call you Boss when you come here. The staff is friendly and kind. They always serve your food hot and fresh and they are nice to you as well./
Like the burgers and homestyle fries. The soda was kinda yuck. The machine probably needs cleaned.
Customer service sucks. We ordered a breakfast burrito, they asked if we wanted to make that a combo, we told them no and they didnt want to take the rest of our order. We had to ask if we could order another breakfast burrito (no combo again) and they were extremely rude. At the window they practically threw the bag at us and walked away mumbling something under their breath. Terrible customer service. 2 stars for the bomb burritos though.
Normally we love Good times. Not so much last night and today. My burger was undercooked. And I had already ate part of it before noticing. I became violently ill in the night and today.
I am such a fan of this burger place. They actually have way more than burgers. This trip a corn dog, wild fries, and spoon blender. I love their frozen custard. Even though I didn't care for the spoon blender choice I made. I cannot wait to try another. That says a lot! Last trip I had a bacon burger. Crispy fried bacon and the burger was too big for me! Generous sized portions. I also had a frozen custard cone and I went thru the drive thru so had my cone first, not sorry! I wish the custard was just a bit firmer. But, it's really good!Definitely worth a visit.
Placed order thru Door Dash. The double cheeseburger didn't have any cheese and chile poppers turned out to be half cooked macaroni and cheese. Incompentcy strikes again.

I dont go often sadly, the prices are a lil high for regular buying with a big family to feed, but omgs everything is always yummy, love the milkshakes and the burgers.The cute lil dog snack bowl they have are great, which is what I stopped for this visit, my pretty girl had been really good for me while I shopped.
My food was amazing but my malt I didn't think was worth $6 wasn't as good as some. Very near same price as my meal.
