Based on the quality of food I give it 5 stars and the service was just fine. Very clean and didn't have to wait long at all.Great atmosphere and everyone was pleased with their food. Thx Freddy's!!I hands down would choose this over IN n Out burger any day.
Despite being very busy often, they do a much better job at handling it compared to Popeyes, Taco Bell and the majority of Fast Food joints around the area. Their Staff is always super nice, friendly and helpful, unlike Popeyes and some others. They also often seem in a much more joyful mood as well! It's a great hangout spot to eat whether inside or outside. Keep up the good work
First time at the Brighton Store. Went in to sit in the dining room as the drive through was stacked and I wanted to eat my food while fresh and hit.Burger well cooked and I get it with cheese and onion only. It arrived hot and how I wanted it to be made. I got a combo and ordered a little side of cheese to dip my fries. Everything was hot and tasted good. Burger may have been a little salty for my taste but I ate it anyway it was good.Good job!!! Will bring my mom here. She will love the burgers as they are thinner and she likes them like that. Plus you have custard too. She will never pass up a dessert.
I have eaten at a few Freddy's and love their food. I am so happy to finally have one near my home. The service is usually pretty quick, the food is great, and even if you have an issue the expiditer is quick to resolve it after asking what you would like to do. For example, daughter's burger didn't have mayo on it. They asked me if I wanted a new burger or just add mayo to it. Very polite, smiling staff. For this location if you are trying to get food and the drive through is full the lobby will probably be empty because the drive through blocks some of the parking when it is full.
We were looking forward to the food. When we got there, we were the only ones in the drive-thru. So after we ordered and pulled up to the window, naturally we had to wait. But the wait was ridiculously long. So long in fact that by the time we got our food, it was cold. This was right after picking it up, still driving away from the store. I know Freddy's is better than this. Whoever was working that night were doing a very bad job.
Very good food and desserts. Staff was very helpful, they were very good at suggesting items, and you get what you pay for here! Great place for a fast food restaurant. Definitely recommend if your in the mood for a burger and/or a frozen treat!
We had great service and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. The burgers were excellent and the fries were really good too. Fries were small and crispy, which we liked. Also tried the Oreo mint concrete and it was very creamy and tasted like homemade ice cream. Highly recommend!
This freddys is new and so far so good. Good is fresh and always delicious. The line in the drive through goes pretty quickly surprisingly with the huge line they always have at this location. Let's see how they do after a year. I'll be updating my review than. ?
The food is good, but the wait time is longer than you would think.
This is a new location so you would think they would want to be as perfect as possible to build some loyal customers. This was my first and probably last visit at this location. They forgot one order of fries, the other one was half full, limp and soggy, 6$ for 10 small cheese curds, sodas filled 2 inches from top of cup. Burger was good but the rest was terrible. Too bad.
