Bucket at the drive through window asking for tips! Here’s a tip give the people what they ordered and not some disgusting burrito and taco and maybe you’ll get a tip!Since when did fast food deserve tips?????♂️??♂️They can’t even get your order right!
Worst service ever. First the dining room was closed at 8:00 pm on a Tuesday. Then had to wait for them to take our order, misusing food from our order so we had to get back in the drive thru to tell them they shorted us on fries. Then had to wait another 15 minutes with one car ahead of us and when we got to the window and said we were missing fries they wanted to sell us fries. Save your money. Don’t spend it on mediocre food and bad service
This place sucks! Almost every time i have gone in to get a burger, they already turned the grill off. 6pm or 7pm and forward don't expect grill to be on. Although they close at "11pm" (always close early), I've been patient figured they will get it together and run the place like they are there to make money. Apparently, management runs this culture, as it has not changed in the years that I've been going.
I would give a negative star if I could! FINAL STRAW FOR ME - BACK TO TACO BELL!!! I can NEVER get extra lettuce even when I pay for it. Mrs owner yells at me in drive thru that I need to pay for extra lettuce. I would not IF I received the taco that is displayed on the menu! Today, I paid for extra lettuce but got 5 pieces of lettuce / 12 french fries in the bag - I counted them! Teenage manager advises she took my husbands order - receipt in bag - no it was not! Refuses to give me her name (corp policy - lie), refuses to give me corp number - "I can look it up" and hangs up on me! I called the customer service line to have Andrea laughing when first answered and hung up on me when I advised I wanted a refund from Brighton CO. I called back - Andrea again - this time I hear "Have a good day" and then a long silence. Why would you say have a good day if you were going to help me? When I told my husband she hung up on me, I will call corporate in the morning - she then speaks up. I did get a manager Michelle that was polite and took my complaint. I AM SO DONE DEALING WITH NASTY PEOPLE WITHIN DEL TACO AND PAYING EXTRA FOR FOOD THAT I DO NOT GET!!!
The food was rushed and not even filled. I ordered 2 rollers and got something like tortilla and some stuff. My epic burrito was cold and was rushed as well. I have been a del taco regular for over 4 years. The food has always been enjoyable and the service has been off and on. But tonight, the main girl who was black with short hair, said in front of me that she did not wish to do anything or take my order at the window. She then proceeded to be nice. If Del Taco wants my business and moeny still then I request better service and better food. This is unacceptable to have staff like this and I do hope it changes soon or I shall never even eat here again
It was ok, tacos were broken in the bag and they forgot food. I will try again another day to see if it improves.
There are female employees wearing their long black hair down. It's against health code to wear it down. Then she proceeded to scratch her neck. Disgusting.
Eat there pretty often. Usually it's fine. This time, not so much. Tacos- Mehta. They now sell tamales. Had to try them, first and last time, yuk.
Del Taco is great! To bad there isn't a franchise in Northern Florida where I'm moving to next week. I'll miss Del Taco. Thank you for the great food the whole time I lived here.
Consistently good food. Lower stars are related to staffing and service issues.I was disappointed after waiting so long to be served that they didn't have any tamales around 1:00pm. No signs were up to say they were sold out .They were clearly understaffed and the drive thru was super busy and took priority over dine in customers. I waited a very long time to be served and yet no one took the time to let me know they were out of tamales. This one curiosity would have been the game changer for my experience and rating.If you are going to keep your customers waiting for the drive thru to become manageable to wait on them. At least let them know that you are out of stuff so they can choose something else while waiting, rather then feel pressure to change their order while you are waiting for them to order. This could be verbally or with a sign.Its hard enough that the dinning hall is closed most of the time that I stop by and I don't want to eat your food in my car. But then to have been kept waiting so long for the drive thru customers to get served and then not even be able to get what I wanted and have to reordered with no time to decide. This was disappointingI am trying hard to take into consideration that restaurants are having staffing shortages. But, it's becoming increasingly difficult to excuse this location when time after time I end up having to choose another place to eat because the dinning room is closed.Then today when finally it's open, no one can wait on me in a timely manner because they are serving the drive thru,, then the very thing I want isn't available. This could have been solve by someone taking one moment to let me know.I would have had more than enough time to choose something else.
