I've ordered from this Chipotle about 15 times in the last year since it's the one that gets picked when I select delivery from the app.I've had the Chipotle order be correct 1 time. ONE single time out of the ~15 that I've done. Either ingredients are missing, entire items are missing, etc. I've gotten other people's orders entirely. It's actually just the worst. The only reason I keep ordering is because I keep getting BOGOs or free entree coupons but it's starting to get ridiculous. It's not worth it for me to order and use a free entree when the entree ends up missing or has the completely wrong ingredients in it. It was free but there wasn't anything for me to eat in the first place!Complete travesty. This location really needs to get itself together.

First of all I should have taken pictures of my food but I did not. We love Chipotle but this location is always awful. I'm done eating here. The last 3 times in a row I have had issues. This time my food was cold (I was on time and so was the readiness of my order.) My burrito was HALF the size that they normally are, I am left hungry as I type. Ordered 3 items and all were cool not even warm. Don't waste you're money here, seriously.

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Literally sat in drive through line for over an hour as they helped walk in customers first, and upon calling, manager was rude, stated she did not have my order and hung up on me. Walked into store to show my order, had them visually verify my order for their location and still refused to fulfill. Upon contact of chipotle corporate, they could care less and took over a month to issue a credit without so much as an apology.

if this chipotle was represented as a president, for quality and service, it would definitely fall under as president biden. this chipotle is by far the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to in my life. it’s first world problems but like myself and many others who have gave this chipotle a very generous one star, work hard for our money and want to spend it on something that we love. first off, my order was completely wrong. I had gotten 3 fountain sodas for my siblings and when I got home they tried them and it was straight water and barley ice. we got a large bag of chips to go with our guac and the bags of chips only has 22… it wasn’t even halfway filled. 1 star doesn’t even give this chipotle the full justice it deserves. this chipotle is so awful. it’s the joe biden to all chipotles.

So gross. Food is everywhere. People dumping fresh items on old items. And, when missing the containers, they just scrape everything including whatever is there into the containers. My bowl had been slid thru so much food on the counter, my container had to be wiped down when they handed it to me. I can’t believe I was hungry enough to still pay for this. Not again.

Clean, Fast and Friendly! It’s nice when you can go someplace for lunch and get out of there in time enough to still eat. They move at a pretty quick pace been there a few times now the only time it ever got slow was when the cash register person didn’t know what they were doing. The food is good they keep it refilled well. Parking could be a little bit better I don’t think they can do much about that now.

Changed their portion size (Burrito) but not the hefty price tag…Chipotle has been around for many years and their customers, like myself, have become accustomed to their products, we have always paid a bit more for better ingredients and a sizable burrito.Today I ordered a chicken burrito and got the smallest burrito I’ve ever purchased. This things is less than six inches long and very thin. My wife still paid nearly $10 for it.We used the Uber eats app. All desired toppings and extras are present in the app. I’ll get a picture uploaded of that also if I can. Not sure if their system is wonky or they are just in a mood, this would ruin a lot of peoples’ lunches.

If I could give fewer stars, unfortunately I would. We really thought it was just growing pains the first year of this, so we kept giving you guys chances, but EVERY order we have ever had is wrong! It's literally like you just make food and hand out whatever you decide! EVERY ORDER! I've even done catering and THAT was wrong! It's frustrating considering how much you charge. I called on the 18th to get a refund as my steak bowl had NO meat at all. I still haven't gotten a refund. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but do better!! You're not even trying. I'm going to keep calling until I get my refund because you owe me that much at this point after all the messed up orders. Won't be coming back to this Chipotle.

Place has become more and more lazy. Came 3 days in a week through the Chipotlane and asked for the dressing for my meals. All three times I am told they don't have any made. I know based on experience it takes maybe 5 minutes to make the dressing so someone is being lazy. If I order a salad I expect the dressing, otherwise don't offer the salad as an option. Additionally they didn't give any Utensils the last two visits. If my food is to go, that should be a given since I'm not going home to eat it .

I've been to Chipotle's all over the country--this is the worst experience I've ever had. Nothing comes close! I'm currently sitting in the curbside lane pickup watching others walk in, place their order, eat, and leave BEFORE I'm even halfway through the drive thru line.To reiterate what others have said, they won't get your order right and they do about 1/2 of a normal portion. There is no apology, no free chips & salsa for the wait---nothing.Do NOT order online. Go inside and order at the counter. Wave to the people in their cars who will not even be talked to for another 30 minutes. You're better off at another location, or sitting down at Chili's or another restaurant nearby.I'll be reaching out to corporate because this is really not cool. I don't mind waiting when it's busy--I just want to receive food in the order that orders are being placed.Update: I finally reached the window, and based on other bad reviews I read while in line, I asked them to confirm it was their plant based chorizo. She took it back to the counter, asked the lady, brought it back and literally told me it was chorizo. I got home to feed my vegetarian wife and guess what? It was chicken. So she didn't get to even eat dinner 1 hour later. Now on my way to another restaurant. In addition, I asked the woman at the window if she would do free chips and salsa since I had a 45 minute wait. She didn't answer my question and just said they were doing their best. I brought up how others in store were getting food much faster, and she told me that they make food in the order that you arrive at the window/in store counter so you have hot food. It makes sense, but it defeats the purpose of ordering in advance or using the app at all. This store is significantly slower simply because they're making up their own process. Based on how little they cared, I'm convinced they just gave me chicken because it was available and easier to do. This is a huge risk for people with allergies or diet restrictions.A minimum wage worker isn't at fault. They don't get paid enough. They're just not being managed properly to avoid these lazy behaviors, go out of the corporate process, etc. The District Manager or General Manager better get to work at this location.
