Chic-fil-A will always be good FOOD, but at this one located in prairie center that does not mean good workers who can get your order right! For the second time in a row I have asked for an unsweet tea and received a sweet tea both times!! Had two big orders and asked for multiple honey roasted BBQ and ranch and received ONLY ONE of each.. like what is the going to do? Be useful for not even a quarter of the meal? Seriously find better workers.
Service was very slow. Waited atleast 15 minutes for my to go order. Food was good and were nice and polite but just slow
This is an excellent location. Service is fast, and staff are phenomenal, as per usual for CFA. I particularly am loyal to this franchise as Vickie the owner sends out great deals for loyal customers--I try to go out of my way to eat here. Love it!
This is a great location, with friendly employees, fast service and delicious food. Everything tasted fresh, was hot and had every sauce packet ordered correct. The drive thru was packed during lunch so I decided to go inside for service.The interior was clean and well stocked, bathrooms were spotless and every staff member was helpful and cheerful. Even the manager had a warm, friendly tone. Overall, this was a 10/10, all around. I highly recommend them!
Had meals delivered for 30 people. The food arrived hot and was fantastic. For a chain restaurant, the food is always consistent!
We're on a long road trip from Michigan to Nevada to pick up our dog and needed to stop for food. We're a little thrown off by all the time changes, so we were super hungry for lunch food during their breakfast rush. They were so kind and accommodating in making us lunch food at 8:30 am and it gave us the pick me up we needed to continue our drive. They brought the food out to our car, so their line wasn't held up, still prioritizing the efficiency and service to their other customers. Amazing customer service and the food was delicious. We are so appreciative of this act of kindness!
Comparing this chick-fil-a experience to the one on north Quebec in Denver is night and day. Owner / manager of this Brighton location should be trained by the Quebec location. Feel a lot different now about the brand as I compare the two customer experiences side by side.
Chick-fil-A has it figured out. The lines are fast, and the employees are phenomenal. The orders are never wrong, and the food is always hot and delicious.
Just waited in the 20-25 minute line during lunch hour only to get the wrong quantity of nuggets I ordered I was told I had to go inside and waited another 10 minutes just to get the correct food. For a total of 30 minutes. You think they would have said here keep these six nuggets since we messed up
The one in Brighton is great compared to the one in Greeley! Fast service great people and friendly people! I would rather go to this Chick-fil-A over the one in Greeley any day!
