Great place for a good beer and a quick bite to eat. Food options are somewhat limited, we like to do there for a snack more than a meal. They have no issue when we bring the kids and a bunch of Legos to play with while we chill. Usually not crowded but does seem to be gaining popularity.
I would’ve given a 2.5 rating if given the option but I just rounded up. We stopped in because we are “newer” to Brighton and heard this is a fun place with a good vibe and amazing food. Can’t say I agree unfortunately. The guacamole had a brown film, we had leftover salsa/guacamole because we were given 5 chips (not really but when do people ever have leftover dips? That’s usually what runs out, not the chips) We were told they were running low on menus and to go scan the door. After scanning and reviewing the menu, I ordered a Mojito and was told “sorry, ran out of Mojitos last night.” So I got a Strawberry Margarita and THAT RIGHT THERE was the only reason I wanted to give this place a 2.5. Super good and strong.So now the pizza… because we were trying a new place, we wanted to switch it up a little and try a pizza we have never had before. We ended up ordering the Crab Rangoon pizza. I asked before ordering if the crab meat came in big fat pieces or shredded? We were told shredded, but when it came, it came with big fat pieces. It was interesting and not horrible. But definitely wouldn’t purchase it again.We sat outside and of course we expected noise from the highway but the smell of exhaust and loud trucks took away from the vibe. The views are not that desirable so some plants or flowers on the balcony along with some music would have made it a better time for sure.
Came here because we heard about the crab Rangoon pizza. Did not disappoint. There was a two person crew and they killed it. Great brews, great food. Crust on the pizza was amazing! We'll be back.
Epic! The food, the service, the quality. I didn't realize I hadn't rated this establishment. I absolutely love it. This unique independent gem is one of the best places in Brighton to grab beer and pizza. Their selection is on point and there is enough variety to satisfy anyone. Getting in is eh. Beyond that, 100% worth it. The view! I cannot express how beautiful it is to sit on their deck and watch the sun set. If I could adopt a place as my child, this would be it. Never had a bad experience over several years.
Hidden gem....though it's not so hidden anymore! They have a good selection of pizza, some appetizers, and of course, their own beer on tap! My favorite is the Gen Y which I think is the best Mexican beer available, craft or mainstream! I also like their Irish Stout when they have it. We order pizza take-out from here almost weekly since it's the best pizza around!
Came here soon after they opened and have been back multiple times since. During the first visit a few of my friends and I rolled into the brewery and were the only people in the place. We all ordered the strawberry lemonade beer they had on tap and it still remains one of my favorite beers to date. Here's to hoping they bring it back some day! I've had many beers since and particularly like the Gen X Mexican Lager, Disconnected Red IPA, and the Gose.Things have change since the first visit and they now have food in house and the brewery gets much busier. My wife and I like the nachos especially, which take a unique twist in adding balsamic vinegar. A friend has ordered the crab cheese wonton pizza which was surprisingly good. The sandwiches are also tasty and they make their ranch in house for their salads.Overall a great brewery, especially for the area!
Highly recommended brewery in the northern "greater" Denver area. It is definitely worth the drive if you find yourself in Denver. Lucky for me, Big Choice Brewing was just 10 minutes away in Brighton. I've been a regular customer since it first opened. It has gone through some changes (good ones!) and the atmosphere is always great! Our family always enjoyed the activities such as cookie decorating and puzzle night. The beer is always cold and delicious. The addition of the pizza oven really put Big Choice over the top. I recommend the Molto Carne and the Disconnected Red IPA to wash it down.

This place has a great atmosphere! The bartenders were super nice. We drank everything from beer, to margaritas, to spritzers! We ate the crab ragoon pizza and it was sooooo good! Definitely will be back to visit!
Beers are unique and seasonal brews are the bomb! Hands down one of the best brewerys on hwy 85 and the Pizza... it's the cherry on top ??
