WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!They first off forgot one on my items, so I had to drive back there, my bad for not checking first. I get back there and dude there was cussing with the drive thru window open and berating the other employees there. I never received I'm sorry or anything of that nature. Just pretty much threw me my food and walked away. I'm hoping the store manager reads this review.

Food was good as always, but I would consider sticking to the drive thru as we waited 22 minutes in the lobby after ordering our meal, making us walk back up to the counter again to ask for our food as they kept doing drive thru orders instead. Then they were not giving us the sauces that we ordered with the meal and waited standing at the counter a couple minutes longer as well. I understand if they may be short staffed, but this is by far the longest I have ever waited for a fast food meal after ordering. Again just stick to the drive thru for now until they get their service together, as that is the only way they give any care about you.

To busy jamming out to gangsta rap and hanging out to get my order right. Ordered a beef and cheddar with a diet soda. No sauce, no cheese, and regular soda. Cashier asked if I wanted any sauce I asked for Arby's and horsey and got neither

Very friendly and happy. We enjoyed stopping and our food was good.

Been eating Arbys since the 70,s when they finally showed up in Pennsylvania. It’s my favorite food. Seems like this peticular store goes out of their way to screw up the order.

Usually really good.. funny know what the problem was today.Order 2 for $6 beef and cheddar's. Barely any roast beef.. maybe just a bad day

The employees at this location are very rude and disrespectful. A customer fell on the freshly mopped wet floor with no wet floor sign while trying to enter the restroom. When another employee asked why there was no wet floor sign she reacted angrily and said I want to know why he was going back into the restroom if he already been in there once. Let me tell you something it don’t matter if a customer goes into the restroom 1 time or 3 times whenever you mop a restaurant floor with customers you need to put a sign up for precautionary reasons. Not one employee asked if he was ok they just starred at us as we left. No w I know why nobody else was there eating. I will never eat at a place with such disrespectful employees again.

This has to be my worst drive thru experience ever. The black lady that was working the drive thru first off greeted me in a very aggressive tone, then when I got up to the window to get my food she handed me the drinks which were way over filled to the point soda started to get everywhere in my car. Then she handed me the food which had the au jus in a separate bag and then after all of that when I went to thank her she slammed the window on my face. I will not be returning anymore. Stay clear of this place.

I went through the drive-thru today and honestly received the worst service. The girl taking my order sounded like she was irritated, she was rude and rushing me. Then when I get home with my food, the crinkle fries are cold with no salt, my sandwich looks like someone just slopped it all together and there was some kind of sauce all over the sauce packets. Normally this location is really nice and I get good service, but whoever worked today needs to really do better..

I was so excited to try the Hot Honey Boneless Chicken here. I made my husband go to Arby's vs another chicken restaurant we frequent so I could try these. The flavor was pretty good but the nuggets had lost all.of it's crunch due to the sauce bath it had been sitting in. Really.disappointed.
