Ordered a margarita and grilled chicken. Was so disappointed in both that they both were mostly untouched. I'm not the type to send anything back, figuring it would only be worse and have a little "extra" added. But it's really disappointing to be served food that's less appetizing than a frozen dinner. The only edible portion of the meal was some of the broccoli (some was severely over seasoned) I would have ordered an additional side of broccoli, to at least have had something to eat, but the waitress never returned. They were not busy, which I guess I now know why.

The Applebee's in Brighton has a broken dishwasher that does NOT dispense any soap, it's been broken for months. For all the time I worked there it never even had a soap jug hooked up to it. They were told to fix it but instead they tell the customer's that the 'Brighton water' leaves stains on the silverware. NO, it's mold folks! YUCK ? I cleaned the dishwasher one day and found mold growing on the plunger inside of it. I found several glasses that had mold growing inside them. Gary, Megan and Brian, the manager's lie and abuse their employee's. I was written up for giving pens to the kids but wait staff can give their table's pens to sign their credit card slips with. What's the difference? I was written up for being on my cell phone once when I was just checking the time, nothing else. Employee's and manager's there only care about themselves and not the customer's, which is very sad!! Eat at your own risk, I and other's were sick all the time. That kind of mold is disgusting... If your stuff is dirty, don't listen to the excuses they will tell you. Good ? luck!
Food was good, service was ok. They were busy for the number of servers they had on staff but not really too busy. I ordered the Fiesta Lime chicken and didn't get a lime so that was disappointing. I missed that lime flavor. No one came to check on us after food was delivered for quite a while so I ate it while it was warm. They were also out of Coors. Overall it was a good visit and we like Applebee's so we'll go back.
Restaurants all over are short staffed. But I want to give a shout out to Rowan and Marky Mark for being a team and doing their best to make sure they have each other's backs and taking care of each other! That is teamwork! And kudos to the manager for running food. Don't know his name but that is awesome for looking out for the team! You guys are super busy but are doing a great job smiling and keeping up!
Unbelievable!How do any of these so called employees have a job at Applebees?I just brought my family in to eat and we were the only people standing at the entrance waiting to be seated and out of the 4 workers not one of them would come over to help us.2 of them were watching tv and they both seen us and looked away.The other 2 did the same thing and disappeared into the back room.We waited 10 minutes and decided this place does not deserve our business.I have never seen this kind of disrespect in 40 years.Disgusting!!!
It wasn't crowded when we went and yet it took almost 10 minutes for the hostess to come out from the back to seat us. She seemed very put out to have to do her job. She was going to sit us at a table and we asked for a booth due to medical issues. She huffed rolled her eyes and lead us to a booth. She put the menu's down and walked away.Our waitress was great and so was the food.
Suzy and were trying to make a Manhattan without bitters. Ended up making a fantastic drink og 2 oz. Makers Mark and 1/2 oz grenadine with a splash of.... Pepsi!Amazing!!Thank you Suzy for being brave!?
Always good food. Our server was awesome and very personable.
Always great service and fresh food prepared the way we like it. Prices are good and it's also within 15 minutes of our home.
