This is probably the best Wendy's in Colorado. They've never gotten my order wrong and the food is always hot. Also the service is seriously outstanding. Big up to everyone that works here to make it the best Wendy's in Colorado!
I just ordered from the drive thru today and they got my order wrong. Normally I check my order before I pull away, but there was someone behind me and I had to get back to work. Not only did they get my order wrong, but the sandwich that they gave me had obviously been sitting for some time because the burger was very dried out and cold. To make matters worse, there should have been 2 all beef patties on my sandwich and they only gave me one. So I had to go back to work only to find that I paid more money for what I got and I'm still hungry because my order was wrong.These kids nowadays want $15/hr to work in a fast food restaurant, but can't do something as simple as counting beef patties to put on a burger. Nowadays they spend more time on their phones than working. This country has taken a turn for the worse. I myself worked in the service industry for McDonalds as a youth, and I started out at $4.25/hr, which I gladly accepted because it felt rewarding, knowing that I worked hard for it. Kids nowadays are wired wrong, they expect things to be handed to them without actually earning it. Anyway, I digress, but I won't be eating at Wendy's again. If the future of this country is in the hands of generation Y and Z, then God help us all.
The workers don't know how their app works, so they are no help when we can't get an offer to work. They won't honor a price when their app doesn't work. They don't really care. Not good customer service from employees who should know everything about the place they work!
Food is typical to Wendy's. The parking area and drive through are a nightmare to navigate. I'd steer clear
Staffing issues? Come on now. This excuse is getting stale. Covid is over... get people in there to work. Closing at 2100 is not acceptable, especially when I see 6 to 7 staff members sitting in their vehicles in the parking lot at 2120, and the location is supposed to be open until 2300. Get it together. If not, close the location. Ridiculous.
Asked for ketchup and lady said was already in bag. Nope there was none. Would have been better to ignore me than lie.
They got my order right, which is nice because that's not always the case at fast food joints. But they were short staffed so I couldn't go in and eat. I'll still cooking back for lunch!
Best fast food restaurant in Boulder!!! Food is fresh, hot and gluten free/dairy free options. They never mess up my order and it's always fast, friendly service. Highly recommend this Wendy's!!! Yum!
Doesn't accept Wendy's rewards, employees don't know how to scan coupons.
