Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Green Chile Pork (corn) was well balanced and loved that they gave an entire container of sauce. More traditional of a taco with cotija cheese, cilantro, onions, and wedge of limeTrailer Park Trashy (flour) was pretty salty but the fried chicken was on point. We got it trashy so lots of cheese on top instead of lettuce. The food is fantastic! Although it was very busy I didn't take long between the order and the food delivery to our table. The items were delicious ands plentiful.
I was up in Boulder for a couple of hours waiting for my daughter and decided to grab a bite at Torchy’s. I grabbed a seat at the bar and was waited on by Caitlin. She was amazing- checked on me just enough to ensure my beer was full and my food was tasty without feeling like I was being bothered (I’m a former server so I appreciate great service). If you’re up in Boulder and craving tacos, go find yourself in Caitlin’s section and she’ll take care of you!
We are from Austin, visiting friends in Boulder. It was fun to share a favorite Austin eatery with them right here in Boulder. Everyone enjoyed their taco choices.
Pry 3.5 ? The shredded beef and pork was tender but had no seasoning besides the toppings. The corn tortillas we're mushy. The best part was the hillbilly queso dip! Chips we're fresh a bit salty. Service was fast and friendly and place was clean.
Tacos are really good. I recommend doubling down on that trailer trash taco and get trashy with it. Margaritas have negative amounts of tequila in them. I actually sobered up by drinking one and I hadn’t had any alcohol prior to coming here. I’m impressed actually. I’m not even mad.
Friendly staff and great Tacos. Very diverse menu, serves alcohol, for a nice dining experience. Fun decor, and fast service. Order at the counter as you walk in, and good brought to your table. Seems like a lot of folks doing take out.
My family and I visit this Torchy's at least once a week. The food is always consistently delicious and fast. The tipsy chick and trailer park are my favorite tacos, my kids love the bacon breakfast tacos. We rarely leave without getting the hillbilly queso & chips. Ronny (Ronnie?) is always super friendly and helpful. He recently got my kiddos crayons and menus to color on when I was solo parenting - he must've known I needed some extra time to sip a marg ;)Highly recommend Torchy's for a quick bite and delicious margaritas.
I've probably been to Torchys 100 times (no joke). This is hands down the BEST service I've ever received at a location. And I'm from Austin, TX. Staff was friendly and tacos came out super quick! Great bartender too.Boulder location, you get a 110!!
