So went here without knowing....classic Boulder, but this restaurant is run by the Twelve Tribes cult. It's too bad because it's a cool interior. But not worth supporting them. Do not give them business.

Great sandwiches! Food is delicious and fresh, quality is always top-notch. They won’t have a lot of variety in soups but “soup of the day” would never go wrong. Wide variety of teas!! We visit the place quit often for quick lunch/dinner.
I revisited the Yellow Deli after not being back in Boulder 6 years! Its the same delightful food, space and people as I remembered. Consistent quality homemade food with a cozy warm atmosphere! My fav.
Had a hot apple cider drink. Delicious and didn't need to leave my kidney to pay for it!!So good!!My friends also loved their specials teas and told me that food is there and is affordable (not common in Boulder)I had a very nice conversation with the owner about how they workI'll be back to try their breakfast and sandwiches

Amazing spot for breakfast nested right in Pear Street Mall. There Hit apple cider is to die for.
Amazing food, gorgeous decor! I always stop at Yellow Deli when I'm passing by one. Just a heads up if it's your first time here this location doesn't have a parking lot (to my knowledge) and the street they're on is closed off to cars.
I went to CU Boulder, graduated in May and moved to Denver. I try to drive down to Boulder and eat here at least once a month. I love it here for 2 reasons. #1 is obviously the food. The deli pesto is definitely one of my favorites but I also love the deluxe banana bread. #2 is the staff. Everyone is so warm and kind. I love to be around them. It was always my sister’s favorite place to eat when she visited me in college. 10/10 recommend.
