Food was great, service was sloowww, and it wasnât overly busy. If you have plenty of time, great place.
A long time favorite while visiting Boulder, this year West End Tavern just didn't deliver. The ribs were tough, the mac and cheese dry (how??), and the service was just not great. Our server may or may not have been intoxicated, but they had to be asked multiple times for certain things and didn't re-fill the water on the table. I usually don't write a review for what just seems like an off night, but there were a number of things that made us think we may not be back.

This is a consistently great place to go. Service is super friendly and professional. Food is always reliable. The Blackened Mahi sandwich was superb!

Roof top outdoor seating on a 90+ degree day and we were comfortable. Waiter kept our drinks coming and the delicious food was delivered quickly and correctly. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a decent lunchâ¦.the Brussels sprouts are outstanding.
What a find! We were able to make a reservation and get seated on their rooftop terrace. The atmosphere was so lovely and laid back. The food was fantastic! I highly recommend the cornbread skillet - so good we got one to go. The watermelon salad and bbq brisket were melt in your mouth fantastic. Zack our waiter was great- he even went and hunted down a can of Cold Brew when we wanted coffee at the end of the meal- above and beyond.
JUL-IPA month is always special. On July 18 they had Pliny the Elder which made dinner extra special. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich which was excellent.
