Waited in line for 30 minutes (as the 5th car in line). Finally got to the order screen and they asked for my name. I told them. They said with attitude “didn’t ask” and then asked if I was there for a pickup order. I said no. They took another 5 minutes before they took my order. The guy comes back on and says they’re cash only. I tell him he should tell the other people in line since I just wasted my lunch break and probably am not the only one. He said with attitude again that there’s no possible way anyone could do that. And I had to explain that a worker could come out and tell people and/or make a makeshift sign. He basically said no and to leave. My expectations are already so low for Taco Bell but they’ve managed not to meet even that bar because human decency is apparently too much to ask for

I just had the absolute worst experience here ever. I have been going to this taco bell since I was 5 years old. I asked politely for my order three times going into the building and ordering. I am so humiliated. Everyone around me that was a customer was like this is so unacceptable. They guy at the front " the manager" gave me a refund and threw the money at me. I am so ashamed and humiliated. I have never been treated like this ever. I will never ever go to this taco bell ever again. I am going to tell everyone I know.

This places is barely holding on to life. There's a 90% chance it's closed and there's a 100% chance that if it's open it's running on a skeleton crew and you'll be waiting upwards of 20min. Last time I went here and it was actually open people were trying to back out of the line. I mean their weekend hours make no sense at all. It's basically structured so that on the weekends they only have to staff one shift. The people who open are the closets. Don't mean to be a Karen, but you should just assume this place is permanently closed.

I don't eat at t bell, however my boss did me a favor so I come to get everyone lunch today, they weren't open for another 10-15 mins so I get a bagel at Moe's which I recommend! I sit here waiting and waiting door is still locked so I go through the drive through no one responds. I pull through peak in the window a woman sees me and ducks out trying to hide... To late I saw you. I go back through the drive through. Still now answer a woman walks in the back and hollers we're not open yet... Really couldn't tell it is now 10:20 and they're still closed while I sit here typing this for you all. They have hiring today signs up everywhere. I have an idea pay more and make it so these people take more pride in there work because what ever they're getting now insnt enough. My co worker said let yourself in the back and make it yourself sheesh if only I could.

Most useless waste of space. Can’t even make food correctly, don’t even wrap it up. They’ll give you one sauce as it comes out of their paycheck. They give absolutely no effort. Wont even open lobby and they usually have one pothead running the drive through by himself during busy times. Casually reminds you why the minimum wage shouldn’t keep going up. Or maybe Taco Bell should have more employees. Couldn’t tell ya since you can’t even go inside to the lobby.

Can’t even review the food. At 7pm the last two days they were already closed apparently. No sign saying they were closed. Hey franchise owner, maybe pay a decent wage so you can actually stay open for your scheduled hours.

Not much to this steak power bowl for the money. Better off going to Chipotle, making this yourself or eating a bowl of cereal. ?

Absolutely the rudest staff I've ever seen. Avoid this taco bell at all costs. Orders take forever, always short staffed and the employees will take their frustrations out on you. Just overall horrible horrible. If you must go to taco bell choose a different one. Genuinely the worst and least friendly staff I've ever seen

Worst service ever. I pulled into the drive thru line at 5:15pm with five cars ahead of me. Twenty minutes later it was my turn to order -- except the person on the intercom said, "sorry, we only have two workers in here and it's time for our break so the store will be closed for the next 30 minutes." Right in the middle of the dinner rush! Wow. I feel sorry for those workers, but they also totally failed to do their jobs. I will never go back, I'm sure they'll be out of business soon anyway.

The worst location in town. The staff is rude, they arbitrarily make up new rules whenever they feel like it without informing customers. Random employees pretend to be the managers and it's always changing. The food is almost always incorrect and sloppily made. It worth driving all the way across town to baseline. Don't waste your time here
