Waited over an hour for our order. Interacted with the manager, she was rude and extremely confrontational. I would be so ashamed if I owned this location. Good thing taco bell is so well established because stores like that would destroy a company. Plus we were missing several items from our order, but I had already waited so long, that was the least of my problems. All she had to say was "sorry we have a rush" but instead me and the 3 other customers in there were told we couldn't stay in the lobby because we had the nerve to ask why our food was taking so long. How dare we!
30 minutes to get through the drive through when there were only a few cars ahead of me. They were no longer serving one box that was on the menu and out of the second item I tried to order. I got my third choice and my order was still made incorrectly. The stain on my shirt will remind me to avoid this Taco Bell in the future.
This is one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to! Don't ever go here! The employees are rude the manager lets the employees walk all over them she's probably 50 or 60 years old and she's got a 17 year old telling her what to do. Spent 45 minutes waiting to get our lunch had to go back to work late and still didn't get lunch cuz we had to get our money back. And then an employee who's not even on duty tries to pick a fight with my husband. Plain and simple if you want to be harassed you want to be screamed at by a teenagers if you want to be cussed out by the employees come to this place!! If I were you I would avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. Going to be calling corporate on them.
Since COVID, the lobby has not been open in ages. It was open the other day, so we stopped. I ordered on the kiosk, it took forever, and I'm not sure what food I got, but it wasn't what was ordered, and the preparer tried to convince me that a Burrito Supreme didn't have lettuce, tomato or sour cream. Since then, both the lobby and drive through have been closed for the last two days.If you just want food that somewhat resembles what you wanted, the food was good and prepared fresh... But everyone in the lobby was complaining about the slow service and incorrect orders.
Currently showing they are open, they are not. I drove into the drive thru, no sign stating they are closed, no attempt to come out and tell everyone waiting (Google shows the are open and in the app too). Waited for 20 minutes in a line of cars in front and behind. When I finally got to the window the manager was rude, told me to find another Taco Bell. Loved this place but won’t be coming back.
I don’t write reviews normally, but this Taco Bell is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. Half of the time it is closed, and when it is open the wait to get a simple order is unbelievable. One time I ordered online and paid for it, only to find that the store was closed when I got there. I never received a refund after countless attempts. Had to eventually contact corporate and get my refund.
All these Taco bells in Boulder are just straight garbage closing at times when they're supposed to be open. It's freaking 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon and there's nobody at this Taco Bell working.Maybe instead of there being three Taco bells and a small college town there should only be one or two then maybe that one or two would stay open when it's supposed to and serve the people properly.
Taco Bell has been my ride or die my entire life. I love it so much, the food at a normal Taco Bell is always amazing. However, there are 1 out of 3 things guaranteed to happen with the Taco Bell on baseline, I’ve been going there for over 3 years.1. You get absolutely horrible proportions on your food. Nothing is filled, even if you ask for extra on an item you get less than normal amounts.2. You wait FOREVER when there’s only like 2-3 cars in front of you. Look, I’ve been at this Taco Bell many times and I’ve gotten through a major line pretty fast. But as of the last year or so, lines take forever even when they are short3. They’re closed. Half the time I’ve tried to go this year they haven’t been open.Whoever is franchising this (as a third party) does not know in the slightest how to run a resturant (let alone a fast food resturant). I know they are understaffed but as a manager it should not be difficult whatsoever to add new staff. As a manager the quality of food put out should be at the terms of every Taco Bell location, yours is not good. Lastly, as a manager treat your staff with respect, and penalize them when they don’t treat customers with respect.Whoever is managing this Taco Bell probably dropped out of high school and bought this directly. Actually no, even a high school dropout could manage this place better.
The staff seems great but the preparation of the food has not seemed as good recently. Food possibly seems stale and soggy which is not great when it's supposed to be crunchy...Also, last time I picked up a web order, it was short by three items which totaled about $14. Did not realize until I got home and was not going to drive back, wait in line, to complain. Additionally, the last two crunchwraps I got did not even have meat on them!!?When is the indoor part going to reopen?
Ive been reading these reviews and Im not happy. I go to this Taco Bell all the time and theyre always so nice and friendly to me and my friends. The only time my order was wrong the red haired guy fixed it without even questioning anything. People are just impatient because the store doesnt have very many employees. I think theyre amazing and I love going there. Dont let fake reviews stop you from good service.
