Food is good. Overcharged for a charity I didn’t say yes to and was offered money from the tip jar to refund the charge by the manager. Awkward to say the least and I didn’t accept the refund.

Today I was in for a quick lunch and the manager was helping an elderly gentleman. Although he had difficulty choosing a sandwich and subsequent ingredients, your employee was very patient and loving. Even with a lunch line forming behind him she remained kind and helpful. Bravo!!!

Their veggie delight sub is delicious. I have them add all of the other veggies to it as well. Clean with good quick service
I had the greatest time last night, never had anything like it before. And will never be able to match the satisfaction. 10 out of 10 recommend pickles on the meatball sub with extra mustard.
The single employee was doing a great job managing multiple customers in line. You might have better luck finding staff though if you pay people better. If you can't find more people pay your existing people better then.
We ordered a large order online. We went to pick it up Ken was the only one there. Our order was correct and very yummy !! Thank you Ken for making our dinner great.

Ordered a wrap off their menu only to be hit with a price that was 3$ higher than what i wanted. I pointed out that this wasn't the price on their sign, but i was told there was 'nothing they could do', since the offer was not in their system. Yeah, I'm not pleased.-edit- The issue was later fixed by the same clerks who refunded me the price and gave me a free cookie with an apology and an explanation.
