This hole in the wall place makes some good food at low prices. The burger is very good, with lots of meat and toppings, well-cooked. Onion rings are such a bargain, you get a lot for under $4. Service is fast and friendly.
I wanted to like this place. Seemed like a local favorite. But the customer after me got ice for his drink and there was a fly in it. And clearly the guy and girl staff didn't know how to handle the situation properly. They offered him a new cup.. the cup was never the issue the ice was. They should have apologized and burned the ice. They're busy cooking I get it. But like they didn't address the real issue. The guy was just dumbfounded and got silent. He did not get another drink. So future notice. Empty the ice or put a quick out of order note on the ice until you can.As for the food. The burger needed more seasoning the patties were rather bland. But the fries and ranch were awesome. I'd definitely give it a second try. Don't not try it. It's a good price and maybe ask for a little more salt and pepper when they grill it up.
Affordable food mediocre burgers, but if you care about cleanliness with your food don’t come here. There is no proper way to clean that store and every thing is covered in a unsafe amount of grease making non stick shoes unusable or affective. I have come very close to bashing my head open on some shifts here.
The two sloppy looking employees had the music turned up loud enough that I couldn't hear anything that was said. The dry burger I received after a 10 minute wait, was charred with a burnt bun but thankfully the little bit of cheese made it edible. I'm glad I chose not to include a tip when I payed. This restaurant caters to locals including the nearby high school and perhaps they feel quality is lost on most of their customers.
Nothing against this store in particular. But the food itself is incredibly mediocre. It’s like some sort of budget, lazy, uncreative version of Five Guys. The french fries are fairly bad. The burgers are definitely edible, just strangely flavourless.
By far the BEST cheeseburger in all of Boulder, possibly all of Colorado. Beef is ALWAYS tender and juicy, and they always put the perfect amount of fixings! Definitely has that classic cheeseburger or hamburger taste! I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it!
The burger I had here was great. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. My only complaint was my bun. The bottom bun of my burger was hard as a rock and I just couldn't eat it. Not sure why that happened when everything else was super tasty and fresh.
This place is probably my favorite burger joint in all of Colorado. They are generous with their serving portions and they have lots of creative burgers. It's a boulder institution, so if you like burgers definitely check this place out.
I generally enjoy Snarfburger, but the most recent time I went there they added a little over 2 dollars to my transaction a couple days after I went that I did not spend. I tipped in cash (and this was seen and thanked by the cashier) so they didn't ask about leaving a tip on the card, and I didn't ask them to do so. They also did not offer me a receipt, the only reason I noticed is because I have been keeping an eye on my funds. I know it's not a lot of money, but this is a very practice and I'd be nervous about coming back.
Hands down the best burger. No ifs ands or buts. No one has anything on these guys. Wish they had more locations for sure.
