I have had their carne asada street tacos a few times (nothing else yet), and they are delicious. Service is great.
Really good tacos they don't skimp on the meat love their salsa bar too got some real good salsa
Got sick had a burrito ? ,I hate canned beans! I personally would not go back but my friend really enjoyed his meal.
I've been really liking Sancho's. Their chimichangas are really good, and they'll do them vegetarian, which many places won't.
Have been there 4 times now, trying different things. Each time it's been disappointing; dry meat, order wrong, poor quality and sometimes unpleasant staff. I didn't know you could make nachos taste bad but it's possible here. Over priced for the quality.
Food was awful !!!! I ordered chili relenos and they were gross! Tasted like a simple bland fryed egg stuffed with chili and cheese. No flavor ! Salsa was awful. I wanted a coke but they only sold huge bottles !! I will never go back it’s unfortunate that you are the only Mexican restaurant. And why should I leave a tip ???? There’s no waitress no one waiting on me ???

Really bad, overcooked dry meat, pico de Gallo an extra $2.25 for a 2oz side. They don’t have their pazole any more Not sure what happened, place used to be the best street taco in Boulder.
I got The Birria taco's and they Was fully loaded with meat! Very tasty and The conseme. They have a self serve salsa bar and drink station. All The sauces we're very good. The owner Was super nice and really cared. He took orders, bussed table's and greeted everyone. Great service and food I'll definitely be back!
Never disappointed by the food or service at Sanchos! Lunch time can get busy but don’t be fooled, the line moves quick and food always comes out fast and hot!! Amazing, authentic food and the most friendly service. Do yourself a favor and check them out, you won’t regret it.
