Best bagels in boulder county in my opinion. They don't own a toaster but the bagels are pretty good as-is and made daily. Go in the morning and your bagel will still be warm from the oven. Many many loc options and the cheesecake is too good to pass up. They were out of the caviar cream cheese when I was there, but would love to try it when I return. I'll be coming back for sure. Good ny style sandwich options on the menu but I haven't tried them yet.

Is the schmear of "Russ and Daughters" quality? Maybe not quiet. But I don't even know how to spell schmear so who am I to judge. The point is that its a honest bagel, at a premium price. If you want a basic slice of carbohydrates - sure, go to Moes, and maybe have some spaghetti out of the can afterwards too. But if you want a delicious, New York style bagel sandwich - Rosenberg's is as good as you are gonna do and its pretty dang good!
I really really like this place, it is always worth the little drive. How ever this could never be an all the time thing because they are expensive. But the food is always fresh and tasty, bagels are top notch and the pickles are delicious. I wish we could get potato salad back on the menu, not a huge fan of the bagel chips.
Probably the best delicatessen in the state of Colorado…besting Heidi’s, Leven, & Curtis Park. Smoked fish…outstanding. Deli sammies…outstanding. Bakery…outstanding. Top that with exceptional service. To all the hater reviewers complaining about the price: name one thing that isn’t overpriced in Boulder. And do you have any clue about the craft, yes craft, involved to smoke fish properly—hell no you don’t. You want overpriced, go to 316, Black Cat, Corrida, Flagstaff, or Frasca!
Very good bagel. Out of all the bagel spots in boulder this is definitely the most like a new york bagel. Although everyone else thinks they are very expensive, compared to moes I don’t think they are that much more expensive. My only issue is their location. The hill has very little parking and can be a mess to drive around
I don't review things very often, but this place is SO GOOD. I literally thought about the L.E.S. bagel all the way home, and I will most likely dream about it tonight. I thought I didn't like bagels or deli food, and then I got lunch here. I'm literally having an identity crisis over this meal. Also the staff was super friendly!
Y.U.M. Rosenberg's feels like home! Went in real quick on a snow day after a trip to the vet in Boulder. It was sooooo good. Thank you! I haven't had a bacon egg & cheese like that outside of CT in forever.
Will be back over and over. Super inviting space, nice kids working there and really great bagels. Quality, clean… great food.
