We fancy ourselves BBQ experts. Our qualifications are that my husband grew up in Kansas City and we have been smoking meats for about 15 years. We have yet to have discovered to notch BBQ in Colorado UNTIL TODAY! We ordered a sampling of items while at Cannonball Creek brewery. I am happy to report that the ribs and the brisket are AMAZING! I heard that Rollin Bones BBQ is at Cannonball about once a week (or so). We are definitely going to be return customers. Thank you Eric!
Best barbecue I've been able to find in northwest Colorado so far. These fellas know how to smoke. The "Pineapple Express" is an instant classic (tender smoked pork belly, a slice of smoked pineapple, and a generous pinch of their pulled pork on a bun) and their ribs were perfectly tender (holding their shape like they should, but giving to just the slightest amount of pressure.) Catch them at events around Boulder or at the Rayback Collective, you'll be glad you did.

Awesome BBQ and service! Sampler plate is the way to go. All of the meat is amazing and the sides are excellent.
I typically always go pork with bbq places but was feeling chicken. The jerk chicken and slaw did not disappoint!
