Can view workers making pizza dough. Fresh ingredients. Happy hour is one dollar off certain cocktails. Desserts are well priced and taste fabulous.
The pizza was great and are waiter was super attentive even when we ate outside. The Oreo ice cream dessert was also delicious. Overall a great experience.

While they don't serve by the slice, the small personal pies are perfect. I don't normally like thin crust but this had a wonderfully sweet and yeasty flavor. The sauce was excellent, cooked perfectly and topping it off was fabulous friendly service. I'll definitely go back often!
4-28-2022 a very busy Thursday evening at Proto’s.I read a bunch of negatives reviews about this place. Those reviewers could not be telling the truth.My wife and I had one of the tastiest pizzas of our lives‼️‼️We ordered the medium sausage, onion and green pepper pizza.Wow, that crust was out of this world. Plenty of all three toppings.Jennifer our barmaid treated us like she knew who we were. The drinks she mixed, excellent.From my mind I will tell you to ignore the low star reviews and enjoy a great pizza at a great place.
The lunch special is good. Caesar salad was great. Could have a bit more taste and not so skimpy on the toppings. The ambience is nice and I might return. The major problem with this place is that it sneaks an " employee benefits" charge into your ticket. I support giving generous tips for good service NOT socialist mandates. I want to keep giving this place a try and hope the owners will fix that issue. Because of the owner using this tactic, what would be at least a 50% tip turned into a $15% tip, impacting what the server could have made had we been trusted to be fair.
Good pizza a bit expensive but everything in Colorado is expensive
Had a nice cocktail while I waited a few minutes for a takeout pie and salad. Nice ambience and good drink. Atomica pizza was amazing, great flavor balance and consistent best crust, Caesar has real anchovies ( as it should) and was spot on flavor with nice amount of parmesan an dressing Included. Great spot to stay for a dinner, but they do excellent to go too! Love you Protos!!
Red clam on Friday is the jam.
The bartender/ server slayed the service side. I visited last Saturday and was impressed by her wine recommendations in Pizza place.
