The most average sandwich I have ever had. Not that good, but perfectly edible. Snarfs is S tier compared to this, but at least I am full and didnt hate my food.The line is designed in the stupidest way possible though.
This place is awesome! God sandwiches that are toasted, good soup, good drink options, good cookies, just overall good place! I try to go here whenever I'm in Boulder, and love the Avo Turkey sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup.
Outstanding sandwiches..use hot peppers similar to snarfs. But much better imo. All ingredients are super fresh. Excellent customer service …5 stars all day.
Preordered wasn't ready when I got there and the other was not complete. Food was good other wise.
Don’t even think about ordering later than 8pm or else they will crumple your sandwiches with missing ingredients into a bag like they’re throwing away trash. I know from personal experience that it sucks having people come into the restaurant within the last hour of operation, but that’s the way it is sometimes. Wish I could’ve had as good of an experience at this location as I’ve had at other Potbelly’s.
Friendly Staff and love the sandwich shop. Tried their Oreo Shake and their shakes are the best. Highly recommend this place, not because the food is great, but the entire staff are respectful and professional.
I ordered a sandwich that I asked to be toasted before they put the ingredients in and there’s smoked cured bacon is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted in my life
A decent sandwich place, but not the best around. If you're looking for a quick toasted sandwich, this shop is okay. I'd never tried it before and probably wouldn't get it again, as nothing about my sandwich was particularly appealing.The peppers they use in the sandwiches actually have a bit of punch, which is nice, but I found that my Italian wasn't very good in comparison to firehouse next door or snarfs across the road.

The staff is friendly and helpful answering any questions. I’ve never had a problem here an the subs are really good. Definitely try it out if your looking for a sandwich in the area.
