The best restaurant in the Williams Village area. The food is great, the serving sizes are large, and the prices are fair, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The steak pho is excellent.
I love this place. It's my go-to for Pho in Boulder. The soup is delicious. I don't what in the world they do to the meat but it is divine. The location is great and I love how open and spacious the restaurant feels. Definitely recommend!
I was staying nearby and ordered from Pho Kitchen Bar & Grill via Door Dash. Definitely THE BEST pho I've ever had (try the rare steak pho!). Everything in my order was packaged well and was hot and fresh. The beef was sent very thinly slice and raw - and after just a few minutes in the broth it was cooked a bit and absolutely delicious! I also ordered cream cheese wontons and they were not only fabulous - but pretty! Loved the food and hope to be back my next time through Boulder!
Good meat quality, and the broth has very good flavor which reminded me of my trip to Vietnam a few years ago. Restaurant is clean and staff is very friendly, this is our best pho restaurant in Colorado.
I personally a picky eater, and there are not a lot of good Pho places in Boulder for sure. When I was recommended to come here, I was hesitating but it took me by surprise. There pho flavor was special, the meat in there were super juicy (not dry like some other places). I love the salt and pepper shrimps/squids the most and always order for appetizer. Food in Boulder is definitely not cheap, so people please don’t complain about prices here. I got what you paid for! I totally recommend this place for Pho restaurant in Boulder.
Don’t let the old negative reviews scare you away, it’s under new management now and they’re very accommodating. Many places over cook their meat but the brisket pho I had was cooked perfectly. Their portion is generous as well. Other favorites are the salt pepper squid or shrimp and their grilled dishes.
Staff is friendly, attentive and non intrusive. The food is amazing! Prices are reasonable and portions are more than adequate. This is a great place to take friends & family.
Phó... a meal that fills the heart, soul and belly when done correctly. Each bite is a moxy of flavors that tantalize the senses while enticing the belly for more. Phó Kitchen creates such an amazing phó that kept me warm and happy as a snow storm bellowed outside. This Pho restaurant has a great relaxing atmosphere which helps after long harsh days. There is a bar inside the building which other pho style places lack. The only issue with this particular restaurant is that overcharged me for the appetizer of pork dumplings. Otherwise, I would have given them a full 5/5 rating.
