Lovely coffee place, nice coffee, but the service is unbelievably slow! The male barista today was very very unfocused. The place was busy, but instead of working hard and getting orders done, the barista felt it is more important to watch the line of people and talk with them about the waiting time and the fact they are behind on orders. It took him 35 minutes!!!! to prepare cappuccino to go ??♀️ Honestly, working as a barista myself, this is not how you behave on a busy day at the coffee shop (discouraging people who were waiting in the line instead of working on the orders).Thank you, but do not recommend if you see they are busy.
We are missing this coffee and atmosphere so much. We had the pleasure to visit from Miami last week and I must say is the best coffee I have ever had in my life. Made with love and a personal touch. Thank you for the experience!!!
Best coffee shop ever! Every single drink I have tried is absolutely delightful and the atmosphere is great. All the employees are kind and I always leave OZO with a smile!
Great coffee, including many bagged varieties of beans. I stopped in for a Bhakti chai latte and burrito.
Friendly people, magical atmosphere great coffee and the Blueberry danish thing is AWESOME. . .
A cute cafe with good coffee! No complaints, except when we went towards the evening, it took nearly 15 minutes to get three beverages. I know they have fewer employees in the evening, and they only operate one espresso machine (instead of two during busier hours), but still. The barista was a bit slow in getting beverages out to customers, in my opinion.
First time in. Cool, deep interior with good seating outside as well. Drinks were watered down though and on the pricier side. A clean bathroom saved this from being a 3-star review.
great place to start your morning, good cup of joe
Who would have thought? In the middle of an unremarkable industrial park is a gem of a coffee shop! I may have to get a job or move to the area… Coffee was superb—really tasty without acidity and smooth finish. Honestly, the croissant (warmed) was luxurious, flaky and buttery—the best since last visiting Paris this fall! This is NOT hyperbole; it was luscious. Thanks so much!
I've been a customer at Ozo Coffee (the one on West Pearl) for years and can say it is consistently awesome. The staff are friendly, the coffee is delicious, nice little touches abound, and it's not too loud. I worked as a barista for 3.5 years and love coffee-- this place is top-notch. Thank you Ozo!! Big love
