Absolutely the slowest coffee shop I have ever been in. There are generally 4-5 staff on and with a couple peoples drinks it take 15 minutes for basic espresso every time. Making drinks, eating in back, Gaping like they have all day and with the notion that the only customers are trustfunders with no jobs the workers keep hardworking folks waiting and late for whatever work they have that day. This level of coffee service would not fly on the east coast, they’d get cursed at every day. The owner would be smart to cut the staff back to two and force them into a constant rush. They would probably be faster. Pearl mall shop isn’t much better.

Excellent, friendly service. Delicious, strong coffee and fresh bagels. Highly recommend this place. Very busy at 9 am Wed when I got there but wait staff were quick, efficient and worked together to give each customer quick service.
All I can say is WOW! I came into Ozo today and received excellent service, starting my new year off great ! They were playing great music too ? Thank you !!
Extremely rude customer service. If I tried to act like how the very rude barista acted towards me at my job, I would be fired on the spot.
Ordering online ahead of time only works if you keep your online inventory up to date. Every time I go to put in a pick-up order at this location, it shows that all of the food options are "low stock" or mostly "out if stock". If I decide to go in anyways on my lunch break they usually have most of the things that are listed as "out of stock". One time I placed a pick-up order (& I was even later than scheduled time to pick it up) it wasn't made & when I went up to the counter there was no apology or acknowledgement at all really & just added my drink to the queue. I spent my entire lunch break waiting for my order of one drink & no food. This location also isn't the most consistent with their specialty drinks.. I chose to give it 3 stars because the coffee IS really good when they don't mess it up. I think this company might benefit from using pumps instead of pour spouts for their Monin flavors.
Busy, but very well handled by staff. They did great woth a larger/complicated order. No indoor seating (as of 11/13), but great outdoor options.
