Went here with family while visiting Colorado. Wouldn't think a shopping center would have a place that served real Japanese food, but I was wrong. The staff were almost completely Japanese, and some were dressed in traditional garb. They were friendly and polite and answered any questions we had about the food. The menu was varied and contained many of the items I remembered from my time living in Japan back in the 70's. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Food presentation was great and the taste brought back memories of my time in Japan. I would highly recommend eating here if you are in the area.

[email protected] [email protected] lightly coated. Sauce is delicious too! And [email protected]@excellent.

Sukiyaki Beef Burger with GF kale bun is one of the kind. Favor is awesome and need to come back for more!!!

My husband and I went to Osaka for our anniversary and had such a delicious meal! I had Osaka Edamame, the Maguro Sashimi, and Hokomaki bluefin tuna handroll along with cucumber/avocado sushi. My husband had Chashu Don and the Mochi Cream Puff. The flavors were out of this world, both for his more intense braised pork and onion dish with a fresh pickled vegetable selection and for my subtle fresh seafood. Even the soy sauce and ginger were above average. My Cosmopolitan and his Moscow Mule accompanied the food beautifully. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful, and the patio dining made for a perfect setting on a warm summer evening.

Our first time dining at this place though we have wanted to go for a while after someone posted about it after they opened. Finally made it and glad we made reservations as it was packed since it was peak time Friday evening. Spoke with Koji-san, the owner, while we were waiting for our table and he also stopped by each table to check on them which we thought was great. We had the takoyaki, kaisen-mix okonomiyaki and the spicy miso ramen. All came within a reasonable amount of time and were delicious! Koji-san explained the background of offering takoyaki, which was so interesting and great for him to share. We will definitely be back to try the other menu items, esp their sushi, which looked delicious! Great to see a business busy and doing well!

Best Okonomiyaki ever!!! That is so worth to drive for 50 min and went there for my birthday dinner. The Okonomiyaki’s base I guess is mixed by egg white and cabbage, so it is really soft and moist. It has puffed rice as well, sooo good! The port belly and seafoods on top are all matched and grilled so well. Agedashi tofu is also delicious. The skin is on the thick side but the soup base is super flavorful, not too salty and not too sweet, but with dashi and seaweed flavor. I always ordered it and use it to judge a Japanese restaurant and it is definitely meet my bar. Ramen is also tasty! Also meet my bar.

The best restaurant in this neighbourhood. The service is fast and very polite. The food tastes very well and well presented. I can’t fault it. The price for sushi is a bit on the high side but the rest of the menu is fairly priced.

We really enjoyed our visit to Osaka's. It was a very authentic Japanese experience with a wide range of menu offerings. The staff members were extremely helpful and pleasant. Easy to see why it's such a popular dinner spot!

In 2018 my husband and I took a trip of a life time and visited Japan for a month, visiting Tokyo, Sendai, And Kyoto, with day trips all across the island. We threw ourselves into the sights, sounds, and the food like the gluttons we are. We had both wanted to visit Japan before we even met and we finally pulled the trigger. A day doesn’t go by where I don’t think about the trip.Since returning we’ve been starved for the exquisite flavors of Japan. Last year we moved to Colorado and we were recently guided to Osaka’s and it was like being teleported back to Japan. From the okonomiyaki, to the ramen, to the sushi, all of it took us back to our favorite places on our trip.On our first visit I tried the the kaisen (seafood) okonomiyaki, which was rich and flavorful, spiced and cooked perfectly. The husband tied the modan (pork belly) version. Both of the dishes took us back to a little place we tried in Kyoto. We were so impressed we decided to try a sushi plate, the cuts were thick, and it was like butter, like the sushi house we tried in Sendai. Our most recent visit we went for ramen, and we both tried Osaka’s signature bowl. The pork broth is stunning, creamy, and full of flavor. And my word, the cashu literally falls apart it’s so tender. We’ve been desperate to find ramen that compares to our time in Japan and Osaka’s has filled that that little hole we’ve been missing. The owner stopped by our table and we shared our story and he shared his with us, and it was just delightful. The staff is so friendly, and we tried using what little Japanese we knew from our trip to show how much we had appreciated the food and service. This is our new favorite place to visit, we’ll be back, hell I’ve been there three times in the last month.ごちそうさま(でした)

Just before the pandemic hit, my husband and I booked a dream vacation to Japan. We spent a month roaming from major city to major city and using those cities as both places to enjoy AND as a waypoint to further/more remote destinations. It was a literal dream come true. It was so beautiful and breathtaking... and the food! SO GOOD. So coming home was a little like "we'll never be able to eat okonomiyaki like that again". Happy to have had the experience, but sad it would be so remote. For my 50th birthday, some friends suggested we try Osaka's. And I'm so thankful we did. From the first bite of takoyaki that melted on my tongue, to the enjoyment that properly prepared sushi can deliver, but most importantly, that okonomiyaki. My personal favorite that I can't get enough of. From the first bite, it was stellar and took me right back to Japan. The staff were super friendly and the owner even came to chat with the husband and I for a bit, giving us the chance to try to use the bits of Japanese we had learned for our travel. They even gave me a little surprise when they learned it was my birthday that really brought a smile to my face: some of the best mochi I've had since we left Japan. Seriously, don't skip the deserts! That mango mochi is a truly lovely final note on the night. Needless to say, this has instantly become our favorite new restaurant in the area and we will be back many, many times. Thank you so much, Osaka's in USA! With the world the way it is in the pandemic, we may not be able to get back to Japan any time soon... but we have found an authentic little slice of it right here in our backyard. ありがと ございます
