You almost have to seek this place out to find it. It's worth the effort. The food is fresh and tasty. It mimics the current trend in choose your own ingredients burrito bars, but both the variety and quality of the offerings are notable.And the guy running the place seems to be a great guy keeping this family place running.Outdoor dining and lots of parking.
Got a breakfast burrito and it was delicious! Love that you can add pork green chili, veggies, and pickled cactus for free! Hope to come back for dinner some time!
Great home-made Mexican cuisine selection à la carte. Not expensive either. Super authentic!
Postmates Ordering. Click a picture for a food item you want. None of the ingredients from the photo are pre-selected selected at all. So if you ordered Nachos and didn't select anything, you would get corn chips and nothing else. A very poor ordering experience.Owner tried to make it better, so revising my review.
Everything was excellent. Extensive menu. Taco combo are delicious, with lots of varieties of toppings. Good selection of beers, tasty Margaritas. Nice shady outdoor patio.Great service. No complaints. We'll visit again soon.
Breakfast burrito was decent but not exceptional. The horchata was really awful, vastly too much sugar. Considerably sweeter than a typical soda much less a typical horchata. Don't really understand how this place is the highest rated Mexican in Boulder.
This restaurant is a true find. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. Very welcoming staff who appreciate you stopping by. It’s family-run. We drove from South Boulder and we found a treasure. We’ll be back and hope you’ll visit too.

Fo real this place has THE BEST breakfast burritos in town. Hands down the best chicken quesadilla I’ve had in town. Love it with the tomatillo salsa and pico de gallo. And the vegan green chili is ❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️? Thank you Nopalitos.
Decided to switch lunch up a bit at work and Nopalito's did not disappoint! Their vegan green chile is delicious and all of their vegan options are much appreciated! Every ingredient in the burrito is packed with flavor. Will be coming back and helping to support this local business!
