I’m sorry but this is the first time I have seen a manager taking orders and sitting in a chair while all the other workers are slaving away. She’s just sitting in a chair in front of customers and barely doing her job. It’s not fair for you to sit down and they have to stand.
We tried to order in and we were met with a worker who was sick and said they couldn’t take our order because they lost their voice. Us and the people behind us were annoyed. We then made an online order where we got Buffalo Mac with extra Buffalo sauce. They shorted us on the sauce on the pasta and gave us the smallest bit in a side container.
I usually order the Wisconsin mac & cheese or the Pad Thai. They have excellent choices here by providing fast service. They are top notch in regards to the quality of the food.
Pasty pasta, few vegetables, salt instead of herbs. Noodles has really fallen from its former glory. Frustrating because I used to really like going here occasionally.
Rude and makes sure to charge extra on free substitutions. My friend was manager and knows they are not supposed too. Not exactly sure the benefit to charge extra since she isn’t the one getting directly paid for said charges.
Fresh food and friendly service. One of the best deals in Boulder.
Very poor customer service. Over a dozen people in line and the person working the register was taking one order at a time. I wad 3rd in line. Took 35 minutes to make it to the register, walked out after waiting another 10. Workers in the back just seemed like they were there to hang out. Don't recommend
Do not go here, these guys short your order every time. Today it happened again 2nd time in a week. The first time didn't give us the rice krispy treat, asked about it tonight and they did nothing about it. Went in tonight and ordered a grilled chicken ceasar said - and they didn't give us chicken and it was a half saiad. This place is a lost cause and worthless establishment in boulder. DO NOT GO HERE!
Good service. Tortellini tastes like canned Chef Boyardee ravioli.
I was there today for the first time to try out the place. I had one of the worst customer service experience. I have worked in the service industry myself, and Carlos from staff member had absolutely no knowledge of customer service and respect for paying customer. Left a very bad taste. I will take my money somewhere else!
