One of the best Nepalese restaurant in Boulder. The ambiance adds extra flavor to it. A must try !
Their vegan options are very tasty and not too oily (a problem I've had at other local Indian restaurants). However, I would enjoy it more if they offered tofu so the meals could be more balanced. A bit pricey as well- my partner and I agree that we'd order here much more often if the portion sizes were a bit larger (as well as if they were a fully vegan restaurant). We've only ordered takeout though, so maybe portions are better when dining in. Would love to see the vegan buffet come back!
Outstanding garlic naan. Delightful service and environment. Excellent vegan choices in addition to regular menu items.
Amazing! Some of the best naan I have had. It was perfect. I loved the vegetable pakora and had the saag paneer. Both were amazing and better than most places I frequent.
First visit here and loved it! Really tasty, fresh and flavorful. Good beer too. Service is excellent. Will be back!
My son and I had dinner at Mount Everest the other night. It is one of his favorite places to go with his family. I had not been here before as Tiffin’s on Arapahoe was closer to my house. For Indian food, Mount Everest is far superior to Tiffin’s—more diverse menu, more of a restaurant catering to families rather than the college crowd, inviting atmosphere and warm and friendly staff that genuinely appreciate your patronage. We had two kinds of naan, tikka masala, biryani, and samosas. All so delicious. I am certainly no expert on Indian cuisine, but the food, service and atmosphere make for a lovely dining experience. My wife and I are going to make Mount Everest a “go to” place when we want a special experience.
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Everything we ordered was phenomenal and the restaurant was so peaceful and zen with very pleasant atmospheric nature music playing. The cheese and onion naan may be the best I ever had, and the banana lassi, and sweet potato curry were so delicious and unique as well.
We love this little place so much! It’s our go-to spot on chilly days in Colorado! The staff is lovely and the food is incredible! I recommend the Korma very highly and the thupka and the samosas and…. It’s all so good!
We were looking for the best Momos around Denver and boulder.Service - A receptionist was there who welcomed us with a lightening smile and allocated one table.Ambience - The ambience resembles the Himalayan culture, Nepali culture and Indian culture. All surrounded with buddha and Indian gods photographs. The places is really clean and the music is also soothing.Food - we ordered goat curry , paneer tikka masala , goat biryani, veg momos and non veg momos. We asked for spice level 5, all items are very spicy but my personal suggestion never ask for spice lever 5 here. The food is really fresh and tasty. The biryani is Nepali style it’s comes up with kissmiss too. Finally we got lussi which is simply tasty. The food and ambience is phenomenal.
Delicious, authentic, affordable.Had chicken Tikka masala
