I really enjoyed the food here.It’s a great rendition and flavor profile.These flavors are hard to find in Boulder.I really appreciate the food quality.It reminds me of Santa Fe, New Mexico and Los Angeles, CA. awesome!! and super fast too. just got a fried avocado taco (really really good) and a [taco with poblanos and squash and cojita cheese that i forget the name of] (also amazing). friend gave great reviews on the short rib tacos as well. really friendly woman at the front and who took my order over the phone as well. thank you so much!! would definitely come back next time i’m in boulder!

This place is the home of my absolute favorite burrito in all of Colorado - the Short Rib Burrito. The burrito is huge, but not messy and disorganized. It is loaded with succulent short rib, rice, beans, pico de gallo, and chipotle aioli, but the star is the crispy fried onions that add a wonderful oniony crunch to every bite. Add red sauce, green sauce, or queso fundido on the side for drizzling and you’re all set.
Ate here for the first time tonight and is was absolutely DELICIOUS. We have tried tacos from just about everywhere in Boulder and this place is by far the best.

I love visiting Mojo! Amazing tacos, great margs, all around delicious. The short rib with bacon taco was soooo good last week! Mojo, I am so glad you survived the pandemic (I did eat a lot of Mojo takeout), and I hope you keep rocking and rolling for a long, long time!
Great drinks, delicious food, and friendly staff. Highly recommend Mexican food in Boulder. I've also eaten at the Lyons location and had an equally great experience.
