Best gyros in my entire life. Addicted since before they showed any menu or anything. The most authentic and best food ever hands down. Thank Goodness Boulder still has a real "hole the wall" that offers up real, good, wholesome, and even low-cost food.
My favorite small business in Boulder! The gyros are top notch and the family that owns it are so nice! Highly recommended.
I started coming here recently just to try the gyros.....Can somebody help me find the rock that I've been living under?Absolutely wonderful gyros at a very reasonable price.Highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful meal!
Salem is a fantastic cook and it’s very educational about the store products. Oh, and the food is absolutely amazing. The dolmas blew my mind. I live in the mountains and will drive down here for a great meal any day.
Place is awesome. I got a gyro here for lunch with a friend. Very affordable and the portions are generous. I live in New York and the bodega-like vibe made me feel right at home.
Good selection of Mediterranean foods and some deli options for lunch.
I love this place! I always feel like I have travelled somewhere exotic when I enter here. The deli foods are freshly made with care. The grocery is small and limited but the ingredients are very high quality. They have an excellent selection of teas. The Ahmad Earl Grey is as good as any Earl Grey I have tried, and I am quite picky. I will definitely buy olive oil here the next time I run out. In general, I trust their product selection more than the chain stores. Every time I visit I like to try out something new, whether it be a delectable sweet or an interesting soup or dairy product that I haven't used before. There are so many fascinating desserts from multiple countries. Many are not as sweet as American desserts, which is nice. The falafel and gyro sandwiches at the deli are fantastic. The proprietor is kind and helpful. If he doesn't have what I am seeking, he always has interesting suggestions. I highly recommend this place.
The best Gyro in town. And the guy making them is so nice. Also a great Mediterranean grocery i get my dolma here at least every other week
Being a vegetarian, I love a good falafel. Every time a new place opens up that makes falafel, I check it out. From my first-time dining at The Mediterranean Market and Deli in 2013 to this day I can say their falafel is the best in Boulder County. I like that it is a family owned and operated business. Salem and his two sons do the cooking and his daughter Noor works the front-end of the Deli when she is there. They take pride in preparing their food… Fresh, Homemade, Authentic Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. I find that their menu prices are the lowest in town. You get a lot for your money… and I never leave there hungry! Also, they offer many vegetarian options like Baba Ganouj, Hummus, Tabouli, Stuffed Grape Leaves, Spanakopita, and much more. The Veggie Combo platter is the best! The market side of the Deli offers specialty goods from different countries around the Mediterranean region and the Middle East. If you have a craving for authentic Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisine then this is the place to eat. I highly recommend the Mediterranean Market and Deli… James DC
10/10 great gyros! Gluten free bread option! Deli olives are delish. Eco-friendly takeout materials. A gem in Boulder!
