Staff was pleasant. Coffee was good. Place is a little run down but clean.

The worst McDonalds in the country!Literally stood in line for over 7 minutes & was ignored. It's like the people who work here are completely brain dead. Non-English-speaking staff walked by me several times. Not one person said, "I'll be right with you". Finally, I just left!
An older Hispanic gentleman (the manager, I think) was so kind and so helpful! He saw that I was struggling with my 4 month old daughter alone, and went so far as to fill my glass with water for me so I didn’t have to struggle! He was excellent and I’m incredibly grateful for his help!
There was a glitch on the app and I accidentally ordered more food than I wanted. The manager refunded part of the food. Will definitely come again!
Looks like McDonald's is finally getting back to a norm since the Pandemic first hit. Got good service, food was to order everything was like it was before.

Place needs more staff, or the should open another McDonald’s right next to this one, because nobody was taking orders on the inside. I stood in line for 15 minutes before leaving to Cosmos. Not a single order was taken. Sure, there’s a massive line outside, but every McDonald’s I’ve been to can handle both inside and outside.
Extremely slow service and the location has been very understaffed for a while. The employees are trying their best and still remain courteous despite the obvious stress. The food is MUCH smaller and lower portion than it was even just a couple of months ago. Seriously, do not spend your money here and reward the management for such an obviously poor job.Let the wicked wither and give not your funding to the institutions which exist only to prey on the desperation of customer and employee alike. Your soul knows good and evil. You'll have plenty of time to listen to it while you wait 20 minutes in the drive thru.
I'm honestly just kind of baffled. We sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes to find out they don't have McChickens, only hot n spicy McChickens. Wild.
