Was at store got a Big Mac and hot&spicy and large fries.Fries was like Chewing a gum and buns on the big Mac and hot and spicy were so old that they are falling apart. Call the store and they have told me to go back they will replace it. How about you don't sell old and steel product so we don't have to go back.

This store has the worst employees especially the manager ‼️. I asked her name but she wouldn’t tell me and she don’t wear a name tag. Hmmm I wonder why. Placed a online pick up order 6/2/22 I walked in around 6:27 I walked over to the pick up side and I immediately noticed the front sandwich maker wasn’t wearing any glove and she made about five sandwiches I yelled behind the counter for someone to stop her and nobody answered the bagger walked up and I got his attention and told him to stop her he looked at me and shrugged his shoulders I continue to yell at her she speaks no English the manager came out but ignored me I continue to yell until she turned around I told her I watch that lady make 5 sandwiches with no gloves she looks down and said it’s okay ??? I said no it’s not we just back from Covid how’s that okay. The manager pushes the sandwiches to the side instead of throwing them away. I kept insisting that she throws them away but she didn’t and they ended Up in my bagWas that on purpose?? I ordered online so I can’t get my money hand nobody there speaks English. And its scary to have people touching your food and that food end up in your bag I need some help I will be calling the cdc an OSHA
Horrible service, cup is not so clean. I ordered larger ice coffee no cream. Manager talk about he make cream ice coffee. In the final, manager pretty unhappy give me change a new one. I will never come their again.
I ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches and received only one. The staff on the other end had a tough time listening to me through the speakers at the drive in the beginning. This has not been my best experience going through a McDonalds drive through.
I ordered a couple hamburgers with no pickles, and I could tell they were made fresh, and that they didn't just pull the pickles off of some burgers that were sitting around. Hot and very tasty!
I've tried to go to this location twice and both were absolutely horrible experiences. The first time I went I tried to customize my order when going through the drive thru. The person taking my order couldn't understand a word I was saying and eventually got my order wrong when I confirmed it at the window.The second time I went in and tried using the screens to order. Once I completed my order I wasn't able to pay because I wasn't able to grab a "table tent" for my dine in order. By the time I needed assistance, there was an employee at the counter but the line was 3 to 4 people deep. I just walked out. I'm never going to this location again.
Just don't get fries here. They don't salt them hardly at all and they taste like garbage. Once out of tons of visits have my fries been salted.I've actually deduced that their salt just doesn't taste like salt 80% of the time. I'm guessing they don't store it correctly.
Went through drive thru and asked for an order of “fresh cookies“ ……. Y’all gave me cookies in a plastic bag. Not warm or fresh…. Y’all always do this… other than that great customer service and did well with my order. Don’t mean to be a’ KAREN.ALSO I don’t mind waiting for them either..
Service was excellent, milkshake was perfect but fries were old and yucky, I didn't notice until I was already out of the parking lot. I'm sure they would have replaced them had I realized right off.
